Been following Terrence Shannon Jr. since his days at Texas Tech when he was a freshman and I was a junior. As a Spurs fan and Texas Tech fan, I’ve known it’s just a matter of time till he makes his mark in the NBA.

Flashed last year, injured this year. He was tailor made to go at Denver. You won't see a ton of him this series.

Had some nagging injuries this year. Then scored like 33 late in the season when we had a bunch of injuries. Then got 0 mins most of the series until half the team died. It’s really frustrating to watch cause he’s not the only one to not get much of a chance

I don't watch NBA but it was breaking my Brain that someone like TSJ was just chillin on the bench for as long as he was and getting sent down to the g league. He was by far the most athletic dynamic player I've ever seen put on an Illini Jersey.

@JasonHaefner Hiding? The guy averaged 23 ppg as a Senior in the B1G on an EE team. Every time he went to the G league he’d average 35+. Finch is just an idiot who plays 8 guys.

Wasn’t hiding him, Coach Finch just refuses to play any young man that isn’t an immediate star. Had Kyle Anderson been healthy enough to play tonight, TSJs minutes would’ve been cut in half and we likely would’ve lost the game. Hopefully Finch sees the vision now.
