I bought a $100 gift card. When I went to the store to use the card I was told it was hacked before I even bought it and there was $.01 on the card. Just heard back from customer service and they told me it was my problem. I never even opened it from the package the cashier did!

@lululemon I have returned my items but haven’t got my refund after about 3 weeks. I contacted support for 3 times and they keep saying just wait. Please solve my problem. This is getting annoying.

Don’t try to return defective clothing to @lululemon they will give you the runaround and make you jump through so many hoops, you’ll wanna give up! I have purchased thousands worth of lululemon, but after this experience i might have to switch to @vuoriclothing !
