"They will fix it in CS3" s1mple found an interesting flash 😭

The place where the flash displays is actually 0, 0, 0 XYZ cords on the map. In CSGO it was also happening when you buy and dropped a gun/utility with CTRL through buy menu. The gun model then displayed in this spot on player who was using this gun it was invisible + no crosshair

Ty for the info, I didn't know about this. If it's the same bug as in CSGO it's pretty interesting how it carried over to a new engine haha

I'm scared because the developers knew about it (one of them explained it to me at the Paris Major) but weren't able to fix it in CSGO. It wasn't fixed until CS2 Limited test was released 😅

It’s the (0,0,0) coordinate. Like Loxar mentioned. It’s also here that the “ghost characters” spawned which we saw quite some clips of about 6 months ago. Other maps don’t have this problem cause there (0,0,0) is outside of the playing part of the map, so we don’t see weird stuff

We will get CS3 before GTA 6 💀
