They’re going to bully you into using catch timing. Ive dropped so many picks and deep passes without it

Your foul balls are more than just timing. They’re angles. You can be “on time” and still hook or slice it. Where your foul balls go tells you the shapes you’re creating into impact. Study the foul balls. They’re talking to you.

One explosive pounce was all it took. 🐆m The leopard launched itself at the gazelle, using perfect timing and precision to make the catch before its prey could get away.

A lot of hitters confuse being late with letting the ball get deep. They’re not the same thing. In this video I show it with a simple example. I toss the ball and reach way out in front of me to catch it. That’s what late looks like. The ball already beat you… now you’re chasing it with your hands. Then I toss another one and catch it slightly behind me. That’s being on time and letting the ball get deep. When you’re late, your body and barrel are reacting after the ball passes your window. You’re forced to reach, cut across it, or roll it over. When you’re on time, you can let the ball travel and still control it. Now the barrel can stay through the zone longer, and you can drive it with authority. Deep ≠ late. Good hitters aren’t reaching for the ball… they’re on time enough to let it come to them. ⚾️ Train with an expert. Not an influencer.

That’s a wrap on the regular season! Big thanks to everyone who’s watched, listened, and dived deep into fantasy basketball with us this year. Couldn’t do it without you guys. Let’s keep the momentum going as we head into the excitement of the playoffs.

Ok, so yes, I had to jump into the Hotel Lobby craze. Here come Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Lauren Boebert getting into the rap game. I think Brandon Weichert, Mario Nawfal, and many others are going to love it lol

Ireland - Dublin 🇮🇪 Black migrants are going to have a huge party in Dublin next week and are promoting it in Britain, France and Africa. They’re trying to get as many blacks to travel to Dublin as possible - as you can imagine, many will never leave after it. If you can, please support our work: Please follow us and retweet ✅

My favorite way to fine-tune transitions is to build a set of sliders into a prototype to tweak timing parameters on device, as you're using it.
