@Baldnewsnetwork Theres a lot of reasons to release the PC version later. None having to do with a timed exclusive. GTA series has always done this too. Also, you can have a PC build of GTA easily. That doesn't mean its optimized and ready to play. PC optimization is NOT like console lol.
