For anyone who is concerned it is not Kangaroo, it would be Beef necks. If the pieces seem big but are cut into quarters, its beef neck. If the piece seems extra small it is probably veal tail (baby cow tail). Kangaroo would be extra gamey like lamb chops. All of our lamb is AUSY
