The problem we have with Texas enforcement is that the DAs in the three counties where these networks operate have no interest in enforcing Texas law (or Greg Abbott 's terrorist designation of the Muslim Brotherhood). To address the problem, Governor Abbott is pushing for state level prosecution of Texas law next session. My group, Texas Constitutional Enforcement, will be enthusiastically helping him.
