I’ve been walking in the sun, barefoot every day I can for the last 5 years averaging minimum 6 miles/day. 3000 miles this year. Not only is the sun energizing, so is the earth from which God formed us. No sunscreen whatsoever, and the only tan lines are from my smart watch. I’m 68. 🔑p👀⬆️.🫡
