Thiago Martins with some interesting comments regarding the controversial handball on Dayne St. Clair: “It looks bad for the league. Simple like that. So many people watch this game — it’s a big game — and when this happens it’s like ‘what can we do?’”

The “brother” is taking me out 😂 VAR didn’t even look at this btw

@post90pod that’s my captain 🥹 i 100% agree with him saying it looks bad for the league, the fact VAR checked it and said to play on is horrible, this is literally the same thing Crepeau did and was sent off

MLS has something called “clear and obvious” Unless it’s clear the call on the field is wrong, VAR wont overturn it. Slowing the clip makes it look like the ball clipped the line, but it’s hard to tell, so play continued Miami got the fewest pens last season stop this nonsense

MLS doesn’t want to see Messi storming to the refs dressing room like what happened against LA FC 😂😂

@post90pod 100%. Embarrassing. Amateur stuff. I was there and could not believe it.

Tranquilo bro, todos saben que significa tener a Messi en tu misma liga, cuando le toque contra tu equipo estás destinado a recibir un robo

Our captain speaking the reality!!

Ball and right foot lands inside the box

Why this “controversy” is getting no traction is because people are understanding the rules. The ball’s gotta be over the line, similar to the goal line.

@post90pod Should have at least taken a look. What’s it to do the 10 second check?

Cry

Isn’t it just a free kick? And they weren’t good enough to win.

@post90pod @grok what’s the exact rule on a goalkeeper handling the ball outside of their box?

Had this been the end touchline that ball would not have been ruled out of play. It's a non issue, stop crying.
