Barely competent. I hate this guy carragher. A barely competent manager is 6th in the league with 7 first team players absent and just 3 points behind his ideal manager in slot who spent 500m in 1 summer

I don't think people understand how disrespectful Carragher is here. He would not say this about an English manager or coach in PL relegation zone. He is saying this because it's Amorim. It's the same agenda he has against Salah. Man Utd sells too.

I have my criticism of Amorim's system, but clearly, there are pundits like carragher out there who are so desperate to have Amorim sacked it's crazy. Guy doesn't have at least 6 of his starters, and yall still criticizing him? Get a life Jamie!

Ancelotti isnt a great coach? Could be the worst take in history. They don't have managers jn Italy. The clubs all have sporting directors who are jn charge of recruitment.

Coaching is just another term for Micro-managing, teaching players how to play the way you want. Managing is teaching players to play and deliver results without you. How they play to get the results is to their ability. A Manager identifies their strengths and weaknesses, and coordinates players according to their strengths. A Manager watches the game like a fan. Talks before the game, might talk few times in the game if there's a big mistake made or if there's a key quick decision that needs to be made. Then talks at Halftime. That was Sir Alex Ferguson. You barely saw him talk to players on the pitch. He was sitting and watching the game for the most part. Nowadays, the coaches are at the touchline, shouting, screaming and panicking, and players, instead of playing and making their own decisions, they start playing to the coach, who to pass etc...

Henry is not just a genius at kicking the ball, he’s also a pundit genius.. 🙏🏾❤️

3 best players out… gone from bottom 6 to top 6 wtf is spitter spitting

Zidane didn't win back to back to back cl to be called this nonsense! 😭😭

Such a delight listening to Henry.

Henry’s watch though…….Classy .

Show me a choach that can produce such. Players have cone out open to rate him so high in terms of man management.

CBS are lucky to have Henry, Imagine Cara,Roy Kean, Neville or any other pundit out there trying to explain the difference between a Coach and a Manager LOL

Carragher is such a fraud You knowing Alonso doesn't mean you do understand the situation All he did was talk and say nothing. I love how Micah passed the ball back at him and he got burned again by Titi What a fraud

This a whole word salad

You are barely competent enough to be a football pundit lol

This is such a good breakdown. Thanks for sharing it

Carra should be Manchester United's manager

We all know Carra is retarded

Ancelotti,Zidane is just simple manager They know how to play with the players they have. They take the best out of their players. If the standard of a good coach is someone with complicated game plan, it's understandable

Manager is more powerful than the coach

Wonderful analysis from Thierry 👍

The amount of importance people give to these former footballers is always funny. Most athletes are below average in terms of IQ, so I don’t get why anyone would listen to them lol

@Brilleythekid

Carragher is a clown 🙄 He should quit punditry and manage a team instead.. SmH!

Nonesense

The era of the all-powerful 'Manager' (like Wenger/Fergie) is dead. Clubs now hire 'Head Coaches' and expect them to act like Managers without the authority. Amorim is stuck in that gap who is expected to fix the culture but only given the tools to fix the formation.

Carragher man talking shit again, ancelotti not a great coach? Braindead scouse twat

@RobboUnited77 Now that's a snooze fest panel

@grok what's the difference between a coach and a manager
