The first 3 minutes of this is performed the way Phil Lynott originally wrote it for the 1976 "Johnny The Fox" album. But, Brian Robertson coaxed the band to record it in a more rockier & upbeat format for the album & single. He wasn't impressed with the slow-blues approach.
