America was founded by men like Chad Bianco, who were supported by women like his wife Denise. Men and women that make up the fabric of America, that live and breathe the fundamentals of the Constitution, and that will stand for the right though the heavens may fall. If I could choose a Governor, it would be a man like Chad. And if I couldn’t have him as Governor, then I would be grateful to have him as a county Sheriff who would stand up to an unjust Governor with designs against our Constitution, as Chad did against Gavin Newsom. In 2018, Bianco won his Sheriff election for Riverside County against Stan Sniff. But what many don’t know is that this wasn’t his first time running against Sniff. Back in 2014, Chad challenged the same incumbent and came up short. Sniff held onto the seat that year, and a lesser man might have walked away, told himself he’d given it his best, and gone quietly back to the work. Chad didn’t. He carried the same convictions forward, sharpened them, and four years later he stood before the voters of Riverside County once more. This time they answered. FBI team up with Arkansas state police to bust corrupt Sheriff. This is the video of Sheriff James Stephens of Johnson County Arkansas getting caught as part of an FBI sting. Arkansas state police were directed by the FBI to pull over Stephens as part of a normal traffic stop. During the stop Stephens claimed he was visiting a confidential Informant (CI) as his reason for traveling outside of his county. What Stephens was not aware of was the house he stopped at was being monitored by the FBI. It was due to this visit that the FBI instructed the trooper to stop Stephens. During the stop a search was conducted and pills and large amounts of Marijuana were found. It was at that time the Sheriff was taken into custody. The story didn't stop there as he stayed on as the Sheriff while he fought the charges which is mind blowing to me. In the end he took a plea deal. He plead guilty to felony possession of hydrocodone. In return he resigned as Sheriff and surrendered his certificate so he can never work in law enforcement again. He also got a sweetheart deal of 6 months probation and a fine of 10k. Another easy penalty for a public official. What do you think the penalty would be for a regular citizen?
