Dr Oz is and always has been a total jerk. He once said on his show that he would not perform surgery on smokers. That was years ago and thats when I decided he was an asshole.

Big city hospitals are in better shape, because they don't serve a population almost completely dependent upon Medicare and Medicaid like the rural hospitals do. City hospitals also serve patients with more money and better insurance. Medicaid cuts are closing rural hospitals.
