Through it all, I've never lost sight of my goals, my dreams, or my faith. For some reason, things have continued to fall into place when I least expected it. I've been missing your company. I came really close to checking into a mental hospital. I haven't needed that kind of saving since the late 90's. I'm so frustrated with my health, and feeling that I'm not in control, that I didn't trust myself. I got the lower back MRI results today. It shows bulging discs, arthritis, and stenosis. I feel defeated and broken. There's no lower rung for me. Tonight I'm trying to turn things around with the one thing that has helped me- my stream. My heartbeat. I'm going live now. Not sure how long I'll last but I know this is my only hope. Join me here:

Now, I’m proud of myself… did this myself with the skill I learnt 4 months ago… Dropping my progress update on my 2nd channel…. Lessssgooo!! Something really cool happened in swimming this week. After 16 years, the 50m free world record got broken by Australian swimmer McEvoy. What’s very interesting is the approach he has been following for a few years now. Super low volume (2-3 sessions per week, less than 1000m per sessions which some swimmers do more than just for warm up) in a pool with cameras and other devices to track different values and of course getting stronger with weights.

I was 11 years old when I got this PSP 3000 for Christmas back in 2008, and it absolutely blew my mind. FIFA, FlatOut, Iron Man, GTA, and many other games… so many hours, so many great memories. Back then I didn’t even have a modern phone, so the PSP was more than just a gaming handheld for me. I used it to browse the internet, watch movies, and I even remember how awkward it was trying to chat with friends on social media using it. 😄 18 years later, I still have it. It still works. And every time I hold it, it instantly takes me back to those carefree days. The PSP will always be one of the most nostalgic handhelds ever made. ❤️

A wrestling accident put me in a wheelchair activating the most painful pain known to man. Seven years 15 doctors until I finally got a diagnosis. At 300 pounds I taught myself how to walk again without the aid of the medical community…no pain pills I felt everything! So when I’m hard on myself, and my body isn’t able to do what I wanted to do, I just think of the girl in the wheelchair and how proud she would be of all the things that we are able to do now! It’s what she would call magic! God is good!

Just a few hours from now, I’ll be seeing President Trump here in Chippewa Falls. Sitting here with my family, it’s hard not to reflect on how unexpected this journey has been. Not long ago, I was standing before my school board in New Richmond, speaking out because I believed girls deserved privacy, fairness, and equal opportunities. I wasn’t trying to make headlines. I just didn’t want girls to lose the protections that generations of women fought to secure. Today, I’m here representing so many girls who feel the same way. No matter what happens over the next few hours, I’m grateful for this opportunity, grateful for my family, and grateful for everyone who has stood alongside me. Most of all, I’m grateful that people across the country are finally having conversations about protecting girls and preserving the promise of Title IX. It’s going to be an incredible day, and I can’t wait to share it with all of you. 🇺🇸❤️
