Depending on the course you read, if you had taken a topic in it and run with it, maybe you wouldn't need to learn a skill after school. Needing to know someone before you can access a job is the crazy one, and one of the stupid symptoms of Godfatherism — a disease militating against the country's development. You had needed experience in certain roles, but for most jobs, there is an opportunity for a year's entry-level orientation window before setting your foot in. If you couldn't pick any profitable skill in school, it is only out of concern for your future that you'd need to learn a tradable skill. Having three jobs is crazy too — you just need one good job to survive, so you don't be penny wise and pound foolish when health issues start gravitating.

Hmmmm graduating after 4yrs of studying in university only to later going to learn a skill This isn’t only happens in Nigeria though it occurs in various part of the world but just mostly common with African nations especially Nigeria
