What did you do to my friend !! 😡 This is the trending “Fight Prompt” going viral Prompt : Use the first uploaded image as the main reference for the school uniform, body proportions, pose, posture, background, camera angle, framing, and overall composition. Use the second uploaded image as the identity reference for the face and hairstyle. Create a realistic Korean influencer-style school uniform portrait where the person from the second image naturally appears wearing the school uniform from the first image, photographed in the same studio setting. Important: Keep the school uniform, blazer, shirt, tie, skirt or pants, and overall outfit design from the first image. Keep the body proportions, standing pose, hand placement, posture, camera angle, framing, and studio background from the first image. Replace the face with the person from the second image. Also preserve the hairstyle from the second image, including bangs, hairline, hair part, hair length, hair framing around the face, and overall hair silhouette. Do not use the hairstyle from the first image if it differs from the second image. Identity: The face from the second image must remain clearly recognizable. Preserve the second person’s face shape, eyes, nose, lips, skin tone, jawline, and overall facial impression. Do not turn the face into a generic attractive face. Do not beautify too heavily. Preserve the person’s recognizable identity, but do not copy the face too rigidly. Reinterpret it naturally so it looks like a realistic photo of the same person in this new school-uniform scene. Keep the same overall facial impression and identity while allowing natural refinement and seamless adaptation to the lighting, angle, and mood of the target image. Hair: Follow the hairstyle from the second image. Preserve the second person’s bangs, hairline, hair part, hair texture, hair length, and overall hairstyle impression. Only adapt the hair naturally so it fits the pose, lighting, and composition of the first image. Korean influencer mood: clean modern Korean influencer portrait polished but natural beauty soft photogenic expression subtle editorial mood stylish, slightly chic, youthful, and confident atmosphere refined but believable skin texture clear eyes with soft catchlights naturally pretty, not over-retouched avoid stiff ID-photo mood Lighting: soft Korean beauty lighting gentle facial brightness clean skin tone soft natural highlights on the face natural shadow transition subtle glow, but realistic skin texture avoid harsh flash avoid flat passport-photo lighting avoid dramatic studio glamour lighting Style: realistic photography clean studio portrait quality Korean influencer-style school portrait mood natural skin texture high detail seamless face and hair integration polished but believable Negative prompt: no identity loss no generic attractive face no over-beautified face no first-image hairstyle if different no awkward face blending no mismatched skin tone no mismatched hairline no distorted facial features no blurry eyes no deformed hands no extra fingers no change to the school uniform no change to the body pose no change to the background no cartoon style no anime style no text no watermark

Many of you might think face wash is just…face wash. We use it to clean the dirt and grime from our daily lives. Some take it seriously while others just use it as a checklist of hygiene. But what if face wash was something more? What if there was a way to gently and quickly combat dry skin every day? Introducing H2.O Facial Cleanser by biöm – a groundbreaking product in the world of skincare. In my quest to redefine what a cleanser can do, I've created something extraordinary. Skin gets dirty, but it also gets thirsty. H2.O isn't just about cleaning your skin; it's about transforming it. The secret sauce in my unique formula is ElfaMoist, a hydration powerhouse. This active ingredient goes beyond the superficial layer of your skin, delivering hydration that penetrates deep into your pores, rivaling those satisfying Gatorade commercials. You can think of ElfaMoist like water that went to an Ivy League school. It’s clinically proven to hydrate your skin for over 30 hours, and it outperforms every other hydrator on the market. H2.O isn't just a cleanser; it's a hydration revolution. ⚠️ No fragrances. 🫒 Gentle olive & coconut oil-based surfactants. 🌿 Natural aloe vera for soothing hydration. 💧Squalane to mimic your skin’s natural oils. It's time to experience a cleanser that does more than just clean – it rehydrates, replenishes, and renews. Welcome to the future of skincare.

Nobody ever fixed their skin or healed their joints with expensive creams and supplements. Let that sink in. For decades they have been shoving the same lie down our throats: "You need chemical lotions for your skin and painkillers for your joints." It is complete bullshit. Your skin and your joints are built from the exact same protein: collagen. You cannot fix internal structural damage with external chemicals. there are two things destroying your collagen right now. Seed oils (industrial lubricants). They incorporate into your cell membranes and literally oxidize. This causes age spots, wrinkles, and chronic joint inflammation. Processed sugar (carbs). Sugar binds to proteins in your bloodstream. It destroys the collagen and elastin that keep your joints lubricated and your skin tight. I lived with joint pain for years from competitive tennis. Now I haven't taken a single painkiller or used a single skincare product in 5 years. I just eat pure animal collagen and fat (like the bone broth jelly and beef patties in this video). I spend hours playing intense beach volleyball in the brutal sun with zero joint pain, zero sunburns, and perfect skin. drop the expensive chemicals and supplements. simply remove seed oils and processed sugar. prioritize fatty animal protein, natural collagen, and real whole foods. Your joint pain will disappear. Your skin inflammation will vanish. Your body will rebuild itself from the inside out. Run the experiment yourself. Most people are too scared to throw away their pills and lotions. The ones who actually do... never go back. Be honest: how much money have you wasted on skincare and joint supplements that did absolutely nothing? Beef. Eggs. Salt. Water. 🥩

From a distance, this figure seems to be wearing a robe draped over his shoulders. Step closer, and you realize it is not a robe. It's his own skin... This is the statue of Saint Bartholomew, carved in 1562 by the Lombard sculptor Marco d'Agrate, and it stands inside the Duomo of Milan. Bartholomew was one of the twelve apostles of Christ, and according to tradition he was martyred in the cruelest way imaginable: he was flayed alive, his skin stripped from his body, and then beheaded. D'Agrate chose to show him not in the moment of agony, but afterward, standing upright in defiance, his own flayed skin wrapped around him like a garment. What makes the sculpture extraordinary is the precision beneath that skin: every muscle, every tendon, every vein and cord of the human body is exposed and rendered with such accuracy that anatomists have studied it. This was the Renaissance at its most fearless, when the same curiosity that drove artists to dissect the human body in secret produced an image of a man turned inside out, his suffering transformed into a study of how a human being is actually made. And the sculptor knew exactly how remarkable his achievement was. At the base of the statue he carved a line in Latin that has outlived him by nearly five centuries: Non me Praxiteles, sed Marcus finxit Agrates. "I was not made by Praxiteles, but by Marco d'Agrate." He was comparing himself to the greatest sculptor of ancient Greece, and daring you to disagree... I started this newsletter because the artists of the past were truly extraordinary, and fewer and fewer people are showing us what they were capable of. Every week I try to. If that is something you would like to be part of, you can join at the link below, and if you'd like to support my work, a paid subscription is what makes it possible: Thanks for reading.
