I broke my depression by crocheting hats to wear once it gets cold, and I have helped myself build a routine by working on waking up at a certain time, and deciding if I want to doll myself up while being at home, or if I can chill and relax- each way, I feel comfortable.

The list works better if you pick one and pre-load it. Scrolling wins because it's the only option that needs zero decisions. Whatever competes has to be equally frictionless: book already open, shoes by the door. Setup time is the real opponent.
