And who ruled India before the British? @ShashiTharoor is the one with amnesia. He would not dare travel to the Middle East and speak about the Mughal Empire, the millions of people they killed and Hindu temples destroyed. Yet he feels very comfortable appearing on British TV to lecture on the British empire. Shashi Tharoor is a coward who only makes noise in an empty chamber.
