Today’s Raven news! They came& found me 3 times on my walk. Mainly they follow me flying but I love how sometimes they follow me as I walk hoping along. There is something adorable about a Raven’s walk ☺️ They had a little mutual groom today but spent a lot of time caching food.

Despite being privileged that the Ravens choose to spend a small part of their day with me, I realise that lots of their behaviour is a mystery to me! Today they suddenly both called & flew off into the distance, then they came separately each doing different vocalisations.

I am truly blessed! Just now I sat on the water trough & scattered some suet & sat & relaxed. Couldn’t believe it when both Ravens jumped on the trough with me & had a drink! Then Chips fed Gravy just a few feet away from me. Has to be one of the best experiences of my life 😊

Today is the 2 year anniversary of when I met the Ravens. They just checked me out from a distance then! Here is some of my fav footage:them courting, feeding each other, barrel rolling, some of their vocalisations. They are the most amazing birds and I am so lucky to have them!

I am grateful for my wife, my family & friends that never gave up nursing me back from the brink of death not knowing if I would be able to walk, talk or think again. According to my Dr these horrific injuries were caused by the covid jab that I was threatened with my job to get.

Today’s Raven News:Chips didn’t come early. I was so happy after expecting not to see him in the fog,when he eventually came & sat on the fence with me! Sometimes when I am sat with him I get this tremendous sense of how lucky I am that he shares a tiny part of his life with me🥰

I am so moved by the Ravens: their obvious affection for one another, how they raise a family, how they just soar & tumble having fun. I am biased but I can’t think of another species of bird so complex & interesting! Listen to their little chortles. How can you not love them! 😁
