a point i’ll never get tired of mentioning is how healthy chan’s masculinity is. he is strong but he never uses his strength to hurt but only to protect. there’s so much warmth and security that he carries into everything he does and it’s truly felt by everyone around him. the only time he gets genuinely aggressive is when he’s protecting or standing up for someone he loves and it only makes him so much more strong and mature. even in boxing, a sport that’s by it’s definition so aggressive, stereotypically masculine and rough, he manages to show his gentler and more grounded and protective side. even for a competitive person that chan is, someone who loves sports and loves winning, his priority still is making sure his loved one isn’t hurt. oh i always think that i couldn’t love this man more and then i do.

A tiny baby monkey got so scared and panicked the moment he couldn’t see his mom 😭💔 Now imagine little Punch Kun carrying the same fear and sadness every single day for the last 10+ months. Rejected by his own mother right after birth, his only comfort is a plushie called “Oran Mama.” Caretakers come only to feed him and give him a little love, but most of the time he is completely alone no one to run to, no one to play with, just him trying to figure out everything by himself. In the wild, he would not have survived more than a few days unless adopted by other monkey mama. But here in the zoo, he is still alive and growing against all odds. That makes him extra special, he is not just another monkey. Sending lots of love to Punch Kun, the bravest little fighter 🐒❤️

no but beomgyu really suits a mystery show so well i’m so happy he got to be a part of one 🥹 people usually know him for his loud/playful self (and we LOVE that), but also one of my favorite things about him is how incredibly smart and reliable he is whenever strategy or deduction is involved and that’s so attractive. he’s really observant, asks such clever and thoughtful questions (like we saw in the pixid impostor game), notices details that others might miss, and knows how to read the room. and i remember how he even would go viral in shows like sumbakkokjil or to-do’s better watch out because of how calm, reserved, and strategic he was. he REALLY locks in and i love getting seeing this more analytical side of him. i’m really looking forward to seeing more people appreciate this side of him too 🥹

Then, when it’s his turn with reporters, a manager gave HAN a second bag to cover his side due to the sheerness of his shirt. If the company takes issue with how HAN dresses himself for the airport, perhaps they should allow one of the many brands hoping to work with him to style him for these appearances. We hope that one day HAN will not be made to feel shame for tattoos that have brought him so much confidence and joy.
