Grant Haley and Marcus Allen are both responsible for arguably the two biggest plays for PSU in the last 30 years. This play, and then six weeks earlier with 4 minutes to go against OSU down 4, Allen blocked the FG that Haley returned for the game-winning TD.

Same two guys that combined on this 4th down tackle against Wisconsin were also involved in the blocked FG that beat Ohio State weeks earlier - Grant Haley & Marcus Allen
