@a_brinza these look great... curious if they also respect reduced-motion settings? feels like the kind of component where that could make a big accessibility difference.

@a_brinza Zero dependencies is what sells this for me. Dropping one of these into the loading state while menus sync is exactly the kind of small polish I never get around to building myself.
