I think people that are scared of beavers are the people that like to manage the land completely as if it's a garden. Farmers and people that breed birds for game shooting and all that kind of stuff. I mean, for them, the land is only natural when it's what they've set it out to be, to look like and to have in it. Beavers are wild creatures, they do their own thing but they’re superb for flood water management, an issue that we have to deal with, as the climate crisis continues to bite - they are also fantastic for habitat creation.
