how tf are they gonna make Moondancer lose to Sunfyre. In the book she lost because she was the size of a horse and she&Baela were inexperienced. That is not the case in hotd. Shes fast, extremely agile and has experience. Sunfyre is bigger yes, but size is not all that matters

Goddessa hasn’t done anything on this show to deserve the level of scrutiny and constant judgment she has been receiving. She is simply a girl who came on this show to entertain us, showcase her talent, be herself, and hopefully do things the right way. But somehow, almost every single thing she does or says is being dissected, judged, and sometimes even twisted into something it was never meant to be. We’ve forgotten that this is a game. A game where different personalities are meant to exist. Not everyone will be your favorite, and that’s completely okay. It’s okay not to connect with Goddessa. It’s okay not to be attracted to her personality. It’s even okay to feel that she doesn’t deserve your support. But does she really deserve this much hate for simply being herself? Sometimes, we need to remember that there’s a real person behind the screen, a young girl who is experiencing all of this in real time. She deserves the same grace, understanding, and opportunity to make mistakes that we have given to others. You don’t have to love Goddessa. You don’t even have to support her. But please, be fair to her. Give her the same chance you’ve given everyone else to be understood, to grow, to make mistakes, and to simply play the game. Seems like a good opportunity to share a trick I used on the React Aria website to make headings scale to fit the viewport on mobile, even with SSR. I used fontkit, a library I wrote 10 years ago to parse fonts and layout glyphs, to measure the width of the heading at build time in the "em" unit. width = font.layout('DateRangePicker').advanceWidth / font.unitsPerEm This is a size independent measurement using the font's internal metrics. When multiplied by any font size, you get the pixel width of the text. To calculate the font size, set this as a CSS variable and divide the target width (100vw minus padding). Clamp to make sure it doesn't get too big or small. font-size: clamp(35px, (100vw - 32px) / var(--text-width), 55px) And tada! You have perfectly scaling text no matter the viewport size. 🎉

Who gets a plus and who gets a minus? I've sent this to 3 different NFL DCs—they all gave different answers!! Curious to see how others view it. I'll post my breakdown later. Coaching is about details, but which details? Remember, We cannot give players complex algorithms to solve - rule and keys need to be simple and repeatable to hold up under pressure and unscripted looks. Assign 3 players most responsible for this play 1,2,3. This is a fun 1!!
