There is continuity in governance. The Prime Minister never acknowledges continuity in governance because he is perennially searching for self-glorification and self-publicity. This 272 km long Udampur-Srinagar-Baramulla railway project was sanctioned in March 1995, when Shri PV Narasimha Rao was the Prime Minister. In March 2002, it was taken forward and declared a national project by Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji's government. Subsequently, there have been five major projects undertaken under the leadership of Dr. Manmohan Singh—the last one in 2013—before PM Modi's visit today. So, roughly two-thirds of the whole project was already completed, and about 100 km of it was left, which is being inaugurated now. The Indian National Congress congratulates the entire Indian railway sector, public sector companies, and private sector companies which were part of this project. However, governance and continuity have to be recognized. This is a collective achievement. It's an achievement of the last thirty years. Half-Life (Valve, 1998) is not just a FPS but so much more. When I first played it, I could not believe how incredible it looked. Instead of just mindlessly blowing up enemies, the game also evolved around exploration and quite a lot of puzzles. For 1998 this was unheard of - at least I can't recall a game of that magnitude. You take on the role of Gordon Freeman, a scientist who has to escape from the Black Mesa Research Facility after it was overrun by aliens following a scientific experiment with disastrous consequences. This game took me weeks, months... I don't think I ever played a better FPS/adventure crossover, ever.
