Incline Smith Machine Press Tips: 1) Set the bench to roughly 15-30°….steeper angles generally increase front delt involvement and reduce pec involvement 2) Position yourself so the bar tracks toward the upper chest / lower clavicle region at the bottom of each rep 3) Retract and depress the shoulder blades (“chest up, shoulders down and back”) before unracking to set your base but allow scapula to move freely during the set 4) Keep feet planted firmly on the floor and maintain a stable base 5) Lower the bar under control until you come into contact with your chest (if you cannot do this without pain, just shy of chest is fine) 6) Allow the elbows to travel roughly 45-60° away from the torso…neither excessively tucked nor excessively flared 7) Keep wrists stacked directly over elbows throughout the rep 8) Avoid excessively bouncing the bar off the chest or relaxing at the bottom position 9) Use a grip width that allows the forearms to remain approximately vertical from the front view near the bottom of the rep 10) Full lockout is optional for hypertrophy…stopping just short of lockout can sometimes help maintain continuous tension 11) Control the eccentric and perform the concentric with intent and aggression while maintaining technique 12) If shoulder discomfort occurs, experiment with: - A lower incline angle - A slightly narrower grip - Bringing the touch point slightly lower on the chest - Reduced ROM The Smith machine’s fixed bar path will improve stability and allow greater focus on loading the target musculature close to failure safely….making it a strong hypertrophy option As always, ensure progressive overload is occurring on a regular basis!

Seednace 2 mini on OpenArt Prompt Seedance 2.0, 15 seconds, 16:9. Main subject from @ image1 — lock her completely. Face, skin tone, body, outfit, everything stays identical the whole way through. She's wearing a grey faded sleeveless crop top, loose high-waist light blue jeans, black canvas sneakers, black cord necklace, black wavy hair in a messy side-swept ponytail with bangs. Korean woman, early-2000s feel. The whole thing is shot in a quiet Korean residential neighborhood — narrow concrete alleys, low-rise houses with small terraces, a front yard with a clothesline, potted plants, parked bicycles and motorcycles, big trees, and overhead cables everywhere. No shops, no vendors, nothing commercial. Just a real neighborhood. Camera treatment is the whole point. This needs to look like someone's friend grabbed a DV camcorder and just started recording — no plan, no setup, no nothing. Heavy handheld shake, constant reframing, subject drifting toward the edges, autofocus hunting, lens breathing, exposure pumping. The image itself should look faded, low contrast, slightly washed out, with that digital noise and compression feel that early-2000s home video had. No stabilization. No modern grading. This aesthetic is non-negotiable. She starts sitting on a concrete sidewalk fixing her ponytail, arms raised, genuine smile, wind catching her hair — camera barely holding focus. Then the camera follows her into a narrow alley where she crouches down and feeds a stray cat that comes right up to her. After that she's in her front yard hanging laundry on the clothesline, morning breeze moving everything, camera swaying and hunting. Mid-section she's on the front terrace with a coffee cup, just sitting quietly, looking out at the street — loose drifting shot from the side. Then a right-side close shot where she raises her arm, waves warmly toward someone off-frame and says "Annyeong" — camera catches it a beat late. Final shot is a slow tracking walk down the street, coffee cup in hand, she notices the lens, turns slightly and gives a real quiet smile — then the recording just cuts to black mid-motion like the camcorder got switched off. Audio is strictly natural. Morning birds, light breeze, distant motorcycle sounds, faint neighborhood chatter, cat, coffee cup, footsteps on concrete, leaves. No music, no sound design, nothing added.

Bryson DeChambeau hasn’t played since the Ryder Cup and he won’t be again until LIV Golf Riyadh in February. He says he’s been speed training through the off season though and has a target of reaching a comfortable 200mph ball speed. He’s also been playing table tennis with America’s number 1, Kanak Jha. Speaking to Tom Hobbs from Flushing It Golf, Bryson said: “I’m not playing until Riyadh. I’m going to be going in hot though. I’m sneaky working on my game really hard. “I'm going to start ramping up my speed again. I ramped up my speed in November, got it to where I was pumping over 190 quite efficiently with some slow golf balls and stuff. I got to 200 quite a bit. “I haven’t done much recently though. I was playing some ping pong actually the past couple of days with the number one USA player, Kanak Jha. He's so much fun. Ping Pong is my favourite sport, so I got to learn a little bit from the best in the U.S. He’s twenty first in the world. So nobody's really gotten that high from the U.S. which is sweet. “But I'll get back to speed training right after Christmas and going into the new season, I want to be close to 200. So that's my goal. I’ll just get to a place where I’m super comfortable swinging fast.” The last time Bryson went after speed he gained an enormous amount of mass. He’s come back down through the weights though over the last few seasons and is much healthier for it. But, if Force = Mass x Acceleration, will he look to add more mass again and what’s more important, increasing acceleration or gaining mass? “They're both very important. If you don't have any mass, you can't accelerate it. It's a symbiotic relationship. It's actually more like F equals M V squared, that’s more of the velocity side of it. “You can accelerate too, but what I would say is the most important thing is it's not necessarily the mass or the acceleration, it’s the ability to put pressure onto the club. So you're able to apply pressure and control that through your grip strengths around a circle, that's probably the more important piece. Applying controlled pressure to the golf club like grip pressure. “It's not that you just accelerate the club, because you have to learn how to control the face through that motion as well. So it's all, you know, you can say it's acceleration, but it's a lot of grip pressure stuff. The more you control the grip pressure and how you're moving that grip, I would say that’s more the answer to your question. “And I guess at a certain point there’s dimishning return with, you know, going up in the mass and even down in the mass. There is a sweet spot for swinging a golf club. If you get a speedstick, there's just not enough mass behind it to create the smash factor necessary, and vice versa if it is too heavy, you can’t swing it that fast. “I'll always say swinging and accelerating the club is probably the most important, but the real answer is applying the most pressure to the golf club. The grip pressure. You’re not gripping it tighter, but your hand force into it pulling it and then throwing it around the corner.” Continues in comments thread below. 🚨 THE PENTAGON JUST REVEALED ITS DEADLIEST WEAPON. THE MIDDLE EAST IS ABOUT TO BOIL OVER. 🚨 The U.S. Navy almost never reveals the location of its Ohio-class nuclear submarines. They are silent, untraceable doomsday machines built to project overwhelming power from the shadows. So when the Pentagon openly announces one just rolled into Gibraltar on its way to the Middle East, it isn’t a press release. It’s a direct threat. The ceasefire with Iran is officially on "massive life support" (Trump's words—he just called Tehran's latest peace offer "garbage"). Now, we are watching a terrifying underwater standoff brew in the world's most critical oil choke point. Iran’s surface navy was completely gutted by US-Israeli strikes last month. They know they can't survive a traditional naval war with the US. So, they are going full guerilla. Tehran just flooded the Strait of Hormuz with at least 16 "Ghadir-class" midget submarines. These aren't massive nuclear leviathans. They are tiny, cheap, and built for one thing: ambush. • Operated by crews of less than 10. • Packed with heavy torpedoes and Chinese-designed C-704 anti-ship cruise missiles. But the scariest part is their tactic: "Seabed-resting." Because the Persian Gulf is shallow and noisy, these mini-subs literally sink to the ocean floor, power down, and sit dead-silent in the mud. They just wait for a multi-billion dollar American destroyer to sail overhead, ready to pull the trigger. This is the ultimate asymmetric warfare. And the timing is absolutely deliberate. Trump is about to sit down with Xi Jinping. Iran is using Chinese-designed weapons to hold global oil shipping hostage right before the two superpowers meet in Beijing. It’s the ultimate David vs. Goliath setup, but with apocalyptic stakes: A $3 billion American doomsday machine vs. a swarm of trigger-ready mini-subs hiding in the dirt. If the US takes the bait and someone pulls a trigger in Hormuz, watch what happens to the global markets tomorrow.

🚨 MASSIVE ASTEROID ALERT 🚨 😱 5 ASTEROIDS TO STRIKE EARTH ON JANUARY 4! ⚠️On January 4, something unusual appeared on NASA’s tracking systems. Not one. Not two. But five separate space objects entered Earth’s monitored region of space — all on the same day. 🛰️ WHAT WAS DETECTED NASA’s Near-Earth Object monitoring network identified five asteroids moving at extreme speeds, each following its own calculated path around our planet. • Classified as Near-Earth Asteroids (NEAs) • Traveling at tens of thousands of km/h • Detected days in advance • Tracked continuously as they approached and passed. Their distances varied, but all were close enough to activate automatic observation protocols. 🔭 WHY THIS STOOD OUT Asteroids pass Earth often — but multiple objects on the same date always draw attention. Every trajectory was recalculated. Every data point rechecked. Ground-based telescopes and automated systems stayed locked in. No public countdown. No dramatic warning. Just silent monitoring. 🌑 WHAT THE SYSTEMS SAW • Stable orbits • No sudden course changes • No fragmentation • No interaction with Earth’s atmosphere. One by one, the objects passed Earth’s vicinity and moved back into deep space. 🌍 THE RESULT No impact. No damage. No visible sign in the sky. To most people, January 4 felt completely normal. But above our heads, space traffic moved quietly — and was watched closely. 🛰️ THE BIGGER PICTURE Earth travels through a solar system filled with ancient debris left over from planet formation. Most objects remain distant. Some pass close. A few demand attention. This was one of those moments. The universe didn’t slow down. Earth didn’t notice. NASA kept watching. 🌌 Five asteroids came and went. The planet remained untouched. And space moved on. #Asteroids #NASA #SpaceUpdate #NearEarthObjects #CosmicWatch #Astronomy #Universe

Seedance 2.0 Prompt: SUBJECT: A tired woman in @ image1 in a loose tank top and sleep shorts, slow habitual movement. Slightly smeared eyeliner, bare feet, heavy posture, detached face. ENVIRONMENT: A cramped cluttered apartment with an unmade mattress, scattered clothes, a narrow hallway, a damp bathroom with dim tile reflections, and a tiny kitchen crowded with dirty dishes and empty bottles. Warm practical lamps mix with sickly green neon leaking through blinds and door glass, turning the rooms into a humid late-night maze. MOOD: Detached routine turns quietly uncanny, as if an unseen presence is floating above her and waiting for her to notice. COLOR LOGIC: Matrix Green Look CAMERA: POV overhead follow in a strict bird's eye view, locked directly above the top of her head at all times, perfectly centered over her body from start to finish, floating smoothly with no shake, tilt, angle drift, or side offset, passing through ceilings and door frames as one uninterrupted camera event. 24mm wide, digital clean look, locked overhead tracking package throughout. SCENE: She wakes on the mattress. Sits up under the lens. Still centered under the lens, reaches to the floor. Picks up the cigarette and lighter. Places the cigarette between her lips. Lights it. Drops the lighter on the mattress. Stands up with the cigarette still with her. Under the same overhead lock, crosses the cluttered room. The lens tracks directly above her into the narrow hallway. Enters the bathroom. Still pinned overhead, keeps the cigarette in her right hand. Extends that arm away from the running water. Leans on the sink. Turns on the tap with her left hand. Splashes water onto her face with her left hand. The overhead follow carries her back out of the bathroom into the hallway. Moves along the hallway past the bathroom door. Turns into the tiny kitchen. Still centered under the camera, keeps the cigarette with her. Reaches across the dirty dishes with her free hand. Picks up a glass from the counter. Stops exactly under the lens. Holds the cigarette in her right hand and the glass in her left hand. The lens stays fixed above her. Freezes. Looks right. Looks left. Takes a drag from the cigarette. Snaps her head straight up into the lens. Blows smoke toward the camera. Locks eye contact. SFX: lighter flick, inhale, faint city hum, refrigerator buzz, soft bare footsteps, water run. Sodium amber particles, toxic green neon reflect off tile, smoke, bottles, and damp surface.

🚨🚨🚨 It doesn't really get any more real than this and you need to hear it 🚨🚨🚨 I want to introduce you to these two deadly units: The 1st FPV Strike Platoon PNK Group of the 3rd Assault Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The Strike Unmanned Systems Platoon of the 47th Magura Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Both of these units are the pinnacle of the world's drone warfare and part of formidable and renowned brigades; their names echo through the ranks of the Ukrainian military and chill spines throughout the ranks of the Russians. These units unleash utter devastation and death onto the Russian forces; they turn the ground the Russians walk on into a living hell, a place in which their supplies, their troops, their back-up, every thing gets deleted, their every fucking hope and dreams turn into an unimaginable shitshow of despair. If it has a pulse, a heat signature, or a set of keys, it's getting turned into fucking fairy dust around these guys. The 1st FPV Strike Platoon PNK Group of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade provides close tactical strikes, reconnaissance, and direct-fire/loitering-munition effects in support of assault operations on the frontlines. The unit uses high-speed FPV strike drones and larger multirotor bomber drones, and is integrated with the brigade’s reconnaissance and assault companies. The Strike Unmanned Systems Platoon of the 47th “Magura” Separate Mechanized Brigade is a dedicated strike/attack unmanned-systems platoon. It conducts aerial strikes, close support to mechanized units, battlefield reconnaissance, and interdiction of light vehicles and enemy personnel using FPV strike drones and larger strike UAVs. These men work in the most dangerous areas, where they are needed the most; they oppose the biggest threats on the front lines, they cause the most devastation, but they need our help. Given the type of work that they do, they need to move fast, they need to be invisible, and strike before the enemy knows they are there and be back a camp drinking tea whilst the Russians are still collecting their comrades remains with a fucking carpet vacuum hoover. With your help I'm trying to send them 2 NAFO Truck 3.0's with the NAFO 69th Sniffing Brigade. These trucks are the 69th Brigade's newest and most kitted-out trucks made specifically for units like this. Above all, they are reliable; they have two fitted electronic-warfare drone jammers for different ranges and frequencies to protect the vehicle when it moves, it has night vision so the driver can watch a screen and drive in the pitch black as you cannot use headlights on the frontline, they have serious battery packs to run operations off when out for prolongued periods of time, they also include a spare set of heavy-duty off-road tyres to help them get through the mud to keep them mobile. These new NAFO Truck 3.0s even have FPV drone-spectrum scanners, which means if a Russian drone is in the air, they not only know it's there, they can see which type of drone it is and they can even watch the video feed that the Russians can see so they know exactly where it is. I really need your help to do this. I need you to help to spread the word, and I need you to think just for a second, is there is absolutely anything that you can donate? So many people will see this, and naturally, they will assume that everyone else will donate, but this is almost always not the case. If you want to make Russians hurt, if you want them to regret ever leaving their Russian infested shit swamps, then donate here and help these guys destroy these fucks: Pardom my French.

🚨 Aurora Alert! 🚨 Hey everyone, a Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) from the Sun is heading our way, potentially sparking strong aurora displays tonight into tomorrow (Nov 7-8). NOAA predicts arrival of the CME around midnight UTC on Nov 7, but add +/- 7 hours for uncertainty. The CME we are concerned with specifically launched due to an M7.4 CME produced by AR 4274. In coronagraph imagery, a full halo eruption iswasclearly seen. This is how we know this particular eruption is coming at us. When it will hit and how strong it will be are not things we can predict until we see the shockwave detected by satellites close to Earth (ACE, DSCOVR at the L1 point). The forecast shows possible G3 storming, and there are multiple CMEs on the way besides the main arrival around midnight on Nov 7. There is also a coronal hole that may enhance and add additional complexity to the situation, affecting arrival times of the CME(s). Conditions need to align for the best-case scenario to play out. The CME needs to hit (most models have a high % chance of this happening, but you never know), and the Bz needs to be southward for some time for conditions to ramp up. The auroral ovals may expand to lower latitudes, and chasers above the 45th parallel may see auroras all night long. During substorms, the aurora "explodes" across the sky and becomes bright and tall. These explosive bursts push the northern lights higher in the sky, making them appear further equatorward. Download my free e-book and check my blog for substorm info: E-book: Substorms: Your aurora apps will likely not tell you when a substorm is occuring, but these times are VERY important since we have a full moon. Without a substorm, you may not be able to see the aurora well. To track substorm activity, I use the GOES magnetometers. I have a tutorial about how to use these data on my website: . A few aurora apps/websites may help you track substorms. For example, the Glendale App issues alerts when substorms are occuring: . This app has a bit of a steeper learning curve compared to others, but it provides useful alerts for catching brief intensifications of aurora. I also like Norlys ( and Aurora Notice ( Webcams are probably the MOST helpful resources, though. I have a large list of cameras all around the world and the northern U.S. on my website: . If you see the aurora on a webcam near you, it is out at your location, too. The Maine webcam in particular is great to get a "feel" for how aurora might shape up across the Lower 48. I always have that one pulled up as sun sets on the east coast to see if aurora can immediately be seen on the northern horizon. Keep following for more updates on this event. I am at a workshop today until 5 pm MST then traveling back to Calgary on my way to the Aurora Summit, so be patient with my updates. I am working as fast as I can :) Thanks!

A FULL ANIME FIGHT SCENE GENERATED WITH AI. AND THE PROMPT IS PUBLIC. Higgsfield just open-sourced its Originals: their flagship in-house productions are now fully transparent. For every video you can see: → the full prompt → every reference (image and audio) → the exact generation settings: model, quality, resolution This clip has a creature transformation, two-character fight choreography, slow motion, even pink blood to dodge the gore. All described in a single prompt you can copy, reproduce or remix as is. Full prompt: "Girll with blue hair and guy with black hair enters empty classroom at dusk, red-orange sky bleeding through tall windows, desks and chairs overturned and scattered with loose papers on the floor; the black-bob girl in a white sailor uniform with blue collar sits collapsed against the wall beneath the blackboard, knees drawn up, sweat soaking her bangs, shoulders convulsing in short spasms, one hand pressed to her stomach, breath ragged and wet. Blue-haired girl in a navy school blazer and pleated skirt enters first through the sliding door, kusarigama scythe held low at her side, blade catching the red window-light; black-haired boy in an open-collar white shirt and loosened tie follows a beat behind, war hammer resting on his shoulder, smirk fading as he sees the sick girl. Camera pushes in low and fast toward the collapsed girl, handheld micro-shake, then whip-pans to the two arrivals freezing in the doorway. The sick girl's spine arches unnaturally, a wet tearing sound as her skin splits along the shoulder blades, bone spurs punching outward, extra eyelids blistering open across her collarbone and cheeks — camera holds in a static wide as the transformation escalates, cutting to tight inserts of individual eyes opening one by one along her growing arms, her school uniform shredding as the body doubles then triples in mass, clawed feet cracking the floorboards, her head deforming into a horned, skull-white cranium ringed with curved fangs, one massive central eye where her face used to be, remnants of the blue collar-ribbon still hanging from a warped throat. She rises to full monster height, towering over the desks, guttural roar rattling the windows. Blue-haired girl plants her feet and swings the scythe up into guard as the boy drops the hammer off his shoulder into a two-handed grip; camera does a fast 180-degree orbit around both of them as they charge. Dutch-angle low shot as the boy closes distance first, hammer swinging in a wide horizontal arc into the monster's leg — impact throws him sideways through a row of desks, wood splintering, into the side wall, plaster cracking around his body, hard cut to his grunt and a slow recovery push off the wall. Blue-haired girl vaults over the wreckage, scythe trailing a whip of motion blur, camera speed-ramping into slow motion as the curved blade connects across the monster's forearm — hot pink ichor sprays in thick arcing ribbons instead of red blood, droplets suspended mid-air in the slowed frame, blade sound a wet metallic tear. Monster backhands her mid-recovery, camera whip-pans to follow her body slamming into the blackboard, chalk dust exploding outward, board cracking down the middle. Rapid cross-cutting: low hero-angle on the boy re-entering with a rising hammer strike into the monster's exposed ribcage-like plating, close slow-mo insert on the point of impact as bone-white shards and pink fluid burst outward; over-the-shoulder shot from the monster's height looking down as both fighters flank it from opposite sides. Girl's scythe hooks into the monster's shoulder joint, camera locked tight on her straining grip and gritted teeth as she wrenches it downward, boy's hammer following through into the same joint a half-second later — impact sound layered, thick and final, monster's roar breaking into a low collapsing groan as its mass folds inward and it drops to its knees then face-first into the floor in a slow, weighty fall, camera pulling back and up into a wide static shot of the wrecked classroom settling into stillness. Both fighters stand over the fallen mass, weapons lowering, chests heaving, camera slowly circling them at floor level; blue-haired girl wipes pink fluid off her cheek with the back of her wrist and starts laughing between breaths, boy lets the hammer head drop to the floor with a thud and laughs too, leaning against a desk, both grinning, exhausted, shoulder-checking each other, red dusk light still pouring through the cracked windows. Ambient sound throughout: creaking wood, scattering papers, cracking plaster, wet impact foley, labored breathing, the monster's guttural vocalizations, ending on genuine breathless laughter. Render risk: full-body transformation sequence may render as a static morph or skip frames — fallback to hard-cutting between three discrete transformation stages rather than one continuous morph if the engine smooths it into mush. Risk: pink blood may drift toward red under default color grading — reinforce with explicit magenta-pink hue callouts at each blood beat. Risk: multi-character wide fight choreography may merge the two fighters' silhouettes in wide shots — favor alternating single-subject framing over simultaneous two-shot action if clarity fails." Seedance 2.0 on Higgsfield AI The visual fidelity and scene consistency bring this pirate adventure to life like never before.Every cut feels intentional immersive and ready for the big screen. Full open sourced prompts & assets below: SCENE CONTEXT Bright day at sea aboard a sailing galleon. Captain Eduardo bursts out of the sterncastle door onto the deck; his scarlet macaw lands on his LEFT shoulder mid-stride. He runs up to the quarterdeck where a lookout crewman watches the horizon through a brass spyglass, takes the spyglass and looks himself: a distant island, and a violent optical crash zoom finds a small futuristic hard case on the beach. Then a second crewman runs up, grabs his arm and points the OTHER way, astern — Eduardo turns: a black-sailed pirate ship very far behind them, a speck on the horizon. He does not raise the spyglass — he just stands and stares at the distant black sails, holding the look. ACTIVE REFERENCES >> — lean pirate captain, dark curly hair falling free from under a dusty mustard-yellow cloth bandana, a small white shark tooth pinned to the front of the bandana above his temple, thin moustache, gold hoop earrings, cream linen shirt under a worn brown leather waistcoat, cloth sash and leather belts. 100% matches the reference; studio sheet layout NOT inherited. >> — scarlet macaw, red body, blue-and-yellow wing feathers, small leather shoulder harness. 100% matches the reference; it flies in and rides Eduardo's left shoulder. >> — weathered pirate crewmen from the reference group (bandana, rough shirt, vest). 100% match the reference; TWO of them appear: the lookout at the quarterdeck rail, and a second runner who arrives in CUT 4 pointing astern. >> — collapsible brass spyglass with dark leather-wrapped barrel sections. 100% matches the reference; starts in the lookout's hands, ends at Eduardo's eye. >> — Eduardo's galleon: pale square sails, tall wooden sterncastle, raised quarterdeck. 100% matches the reference; controls hull, deck, masts and rigging only. >> — calm bright sea, glittering sun path, hazy horizon. Controls water and sky atmosphere only. >> — small lone island: dense dark-green jungle cover, a curved white-sand beach on one side, grey rocky cliff edges, turquoise shallows ringing the shore. 100% matches the reference; it is the island seen on the horizon and inside the spyglass view. >> — small futuristic hard case: matte-black armored corners, neon acid-green side panels, brushed-steel top plate with a glowing green star-shaped button. 100% matches the reference; it appears ONLY inside the zoomed spyglass view of CUT 3, lying on the beach. >> — enemy pirate galleon: black sails, acid-green skull-and-crossed-swords on the mainsail, dark carved hull. 100% matches the reference; revealed VERY far astern in CUT 4 as a tiny silhouette on the horizon — never seen closer in this beat. LOCATION MAP >> under sail on >>, open bright sea. The sterncastle door opens onto the main deck; a short wooden stair leads up to the quarterdeck at the stern. The lookout stands at the quarterdeck rail on the forward side, spyglass raised toward the horizon screen-right. Far on that horizon, 2–3 km out: >> — dense green jungle mass, the white-sand beach catching the sun on its near side, turquoise water at its shore. In the OPPOSITE direction, astern of the ship screen-left: open sea where >> rides VERY FAR OFF — 4–5 km out, right on the horizon line, a tiny dark silhouette almost dissolved in the haze — present in the world from the start, revealed to the camera only in CUT 4. Haze visible at the horizon distance. Sun high, sea glitter everywhere. FIRST FRAME / BLOCKING First frame: the sterncastle door already swinging open, >> mid-stride through it onto the deck, body angled toward the quarterdeck stair screen-right. Crew activity in the background of the deck. The lookout is visible up on the quarterdeck at the rail, spyglass already at his eye, pointed screen-right toward the horizon. FORMAT MODE Sequence of cuts, no timecodes — cuts only at the specified points, the camera does not cut on its own. CUT 1 — 63° handheld follow: the door bursts open, Eduardo comes out in a strange hurried scurry — up on TIPTOE, quick tiny mincing steps, both arms half-raised in front of him with elbows out, hands hovering at chest height, shoulders slightly hunched — comically odd, but FAST, covering the deck at 10 km/h. >> sweeps in from off-frame upper-right, wings braking, and lands on his left shoulder without breaking the scurry. He tiptoe-rushes across the deck and up the quarterdeck stair; the camera chases behind-left, half a beat late. CUT 2 — MS, 47°, on the quarterdeck: the lookout at the rail with >> raised. Eduardo arrives frame-left, the scarlet macaw >> sitting clearly visible ON HIS LEFT SHOULDER through the whole cut. With his RIGHT hand he grabs the spyglass out of the lookout's hands in one firm motion and raises it right-handed to his RIGHT eye toward the horizon screen-right, left eye squeezing shut. The lookout yields a step. CUT 3 — SPYGLASS POV, MONOCULAR: one single round image — the view through ONE lens of a telescope, a single circle centered in frame, black around it. This is a one-eyed spyglass view, never the twin overlapping circles of binoculars. Extreme telephoto image swaying with a hand-held tremor, compressed haze layers stacking toward the island. Distant >> sits small in the circle: dark-green jungle, the curved white-sand beach, turquoise shallows, heat haze. Hold 1 second — then a RAPID CRASH ZOOM, one continuous accelerating optical dive down to the waterline of the beach: >> lying on the wet sand, black-and-acid-green case, steel top plate, green star button glinting. The zoom lands and locks on the case filling half the circle. Hold. CUT 4 — MS, 47°: Eduardo lowering the spyglass, macaw on his left shoulder — a second crewman from >> runs into frame from screen-left, grabs Eduardo's arm and jabs his finger the OTHER way, astern, screen-left, shouting over the wind: "CAP'N! BEHIND US!" — and the macaw on Eduardo's shoulder instantly screams it back in a harsh parrot voice: "BEHIND US! BEHIND US!", wings half-flaring. Eduardo whips around following the point; the camera racks past his shoulder — REVEAL deep in the frame: >> VERY far astern, a TINY black silhouette sitting right on the horizon line — smaller in the frame than Eduardo's fist, under 5% of the frame height, barely bigger than a speck, half-swallowed by haze — but the black sails read unmistakably. Vast empty water fills everything between the rail and that distant speck. Eduardo does NOT raise the spyglass — it stays lowered in his right hand. He simply STANDS and STARES at the tiny black sails, motionless, eyes locked on the horizon. The cut ends on his long look toward the enemy ship against the empty sea. OPTICS CUT 1: 63° observational wide, handheld. CUT 2: 47° neutral. CUT 3: monocular spyglass optics — ONE single circular image (a one-lens telescope, never the twin circles of binoculars), tele compression as at 8°, soft edge inside the circle; the crash zoom is purely optical, horizon compressing, haze layers stacking. CUT 4: 47° neutral with a rack to the deep background on the reveal, then holding on Eduardo's profile against the horizon. No drift mid-segment. CAMERA Handheld operator character throughout the real-world cuts: chases the run at deck level in CUT 1 with visible footstep energy, settles to a 1–2 cm breath on the quarterdeck. Camera stays on the shadow side of Eduardo, sun working across from screen-right. The POV cut carries a hand-tremor sway of 1–2 cm that calms when the zoom locks on the case. ACTION Door kicks open from inside. Eduardo's gait in CUT 1 is deliberately odd: he rushes on the balls of his feet, heels never touching the planks, tiny fast tiptoe steps, arms half-raised with hands floating in front of his chest — hurried and urgent, never slow, sash swaying with the quick mincing rhythm, boot toes tapping the deck. The macaw's landing is physical: wings flare to brake, claws grip the leather waistcoat's shoulder, one small balance flap as he keeps scurrying. The spyglass handover is brisk, captain's-right, two hands to one. In the POV the island rises gently with the ship's sway until the crash zoom pins the case. PERFORMANCE Urgency without panic: breath fast through the nose, eyes fixed forward during the run. At the eyepiece his face stills completely — squint tightens, lips part a fraction when the case appears. In CUT 4 the runner's grip snaps him out of it — head whip, eyes refocusing to the far black sails — then he goes still: eyes fixed on the distant ship, a slow exhale, jaw tightening a fraction — the look held long, unreadable, no words at all. Pore-level skin realism, sun catch-lights, spray-damp sheen on the temples. PHYSICS Ship heels gently on a calm swell; rigging sways against the sky. The parrot has real bird mass — landing compresses the shoulder slightly. Cloth reacts to the run wind. In the POV, heat haze wobbles the island image and glitter fires irregularly off the water; the case sits with real weight in the wet sand, a shallow water film sliding around its base. LIGHTING High bright sun, 5600K daylight, hard key from screen-right with sea-bounce fill from below. Deck in full sun, crisp short shadows. Inside the spyglass POV the image is brighter and milkier — long air column, haze density rising toward the horizon; the case's acid-green panels and glowing star button read as the only saturated color on the pale beach. AUDIO Wind over the deck, sails snapping, boots on planks, macaw squawk on landing, gulls distant. On the POV: the world's sound thins to wind and a faint ring of focus. On the crash zoom a low whoosh rising in pitch, landing on near-silence with only the surf of the far beach, thin and distant. CUT 4: deck sound returns — running boots, the crewman's urgent shout over the wind: "CAP'N! BEHIND US!", answered at once by the macaw's harsh screeching echo: "BEHIND US! BEHIND US!" — then only the wind, a slow exhale, and the creak of the deck. No spoken line from Eduardo. STYLE Photoreal live-action, bright maritime daylight, fine film grain, crisp highlights with gentle roll-off, 8K master. POSITIVE LOCKS >> appears only inside the spyglass POV of CUT 3, lying on the beach at the waterline, star button glowing green in every frame it exists. The island always matches >>: green jungle, white-sand beach, turquoise shallows — and stays screen-right, ahead; the enemy ship stays astern, screen-left, in the opposite direction from the island. The spyglass POV (CUT 3) is MONOCULAR: one single round telescope image per frame. Eduardo handles the spyglass with his RIGHT hand at his RIGHT eye in every cut where he uses it. >> keeps black sails and the green skull mainsail in every appearance and stays VERY FAR AWAY the whole beat — naked-eye, she is only a tiny silhouette on the horizon, under 5% of the frame height in CUT 4; she never gets closer than the horizon line. After the reveal Eduardo keeps the spyglass LOWERED — he never raises it at the enemy ship; he speaks no line and makes no gesture — he simply stands looking at the distant ship, and the beat ends on that look; no cannons and no gunfire anywhere in this beat. Eduardo's head: mustard-yellow bandana with the small white shark tooth at the front, hair loose. In CUT 1 Eduardo moves only in the tiptoe scurry: heels off the deck, quick small steps, arms half-raised at chest height — fast and urgent the whole way. The macaw sits on Eduardo's LEFT shoulder continuously from its landing in CUT 1 through the end of the beat, clearly visible in CUTS 2 and 4. The spyglass is in the lookout's hands in CUT 2's first frame and in Eduardo's hands from then on. Same sun direction, same sea state, same wardrobe in every cut. Cuts only at the specified points.

After my wife Margaret died, my days narrowed down to two constants: the worn steering wheel of my old 2001 pickup and the quiet companionship of my dog, Jasper. Jasper is fourteen now, his coat thinning, his muzzle dusted white with age. He still seems to remember Margaret humming in the garden, and when the house grew unbearably silent, he was the one steady presence that kept me grounded. So when my son Daniel invited us for Christmas, I made an effort. I scrubbed the grease from my hands, cleaned up as best I could, and brushed Jasper until his fur caught the light. I even clipped on the faded red bowtie Margaret had bought him years ago for his first holiday season. We drove three hours to Daniel’s neighborhood of towering hedges and sleek modern homes. His place looked like something out of a design magazine, every surface polished and precise. The doorbell wasn’t a bell at all but a camera that scanned faces. When Daniel opened the door, dressed sharply and holding his phone, he didn’t reach for a hug. His eyes went straight to Jasper. “This dinner is important,” he said carefully. “The dog can stay in the temperature-controlled garage.” I glanced at Jasper, who was already trembling in the unfamiliar setting, then at the spotless concrete space Daniel described as suitable. It felt cold in more ways than one. I knew I couldn’t leave him there. Within half an hour, we were back on the road. We ended up at a small roadside diner glowing under neon lights miles away. I ordered burgers and coffee. My joints complained about the drive, and the meal was nothing fancy. But Jasper lay beside the booth, relaxed and content, included in my world the way he always had been. A building may come from architects and loans. A real home comes from loyalty and love. That evening, Daniel had his immaculate house. I had something else — a place where Jasper belonged at the center of it all. It’s a simple reminder to cherish the ones who greet you at the door and stand beside you no matter what. They don’t measure worth by wealth or appearances. They just want to share space with you. When life reaches its end, you won’t be counting dollars or possessions. You’ll be asking yourself whether you loved deeply, forgave freely, and made a difference in the hearts that mattered.

🚨What If Earth's Oldest Civilization Never Left the Ocean? What if the intelligence behind some UFO didn't actually arrive here from another star system at all? What if it has been here for longer than us, not hiding in the sky, waiting behind the Moon, or crossing the galaxy in the way that we imagine, but living beneath the oceans inside the one part of Earth we still barely understand? For decades, we have been looking up. The cultural image of UFOs is always the same thing with lights in the sky, craft descending through the atmosphere, visitors arriving from space. Even the word extraterrestrial pushes our attention away from Earth. It tells us the mystery must have to come from somewhere else. But what if that assumption is totally wrong? What if the most important part of the phenomenon is not its relationship to space, but its relationship to the oceans? Earth isn't a land planet it's an ocean planet with islands of land breaking the surface. Human civilization developed on those islands, built cities there, drew borders there, fought wars there, launched rockets from there, and then convinced itself it understood the world. But most of this planet is still beyond our direct reach. The deep ocean is dark, pressurized, vast, hostile to our bodies, difficult to map, difficult to monitor, and almost impossible to police in any sort of meaningful way. If there was another intelligence operating here and it wanted to avoid open contact with us, the ocean would be the obvious place to be. But maybe hiding is the wrong word because a civilization that evolved in the ocean would just live there. When we imagine an advanced underwater intelligence as aliens using the sea as a base, as if they arrived from somewhere else and chose the ocean as cover, that could be way off. It could be one possibility, but the stranger theory is that they never arrived at all. They may have emerged here, in Earth's oceans, long before we ever existed. Life on this planet is ancient. For most of Earth's history, land wasn't even the center of the biological story. The oceans held the chemistry, the minerals, the heat, the pressure, the vents, the darkness and the protection. Hydrothermal vent ecosystems already prove that life doesn't even need sunlight in the simple way that we once thought it did. Entire ecosystems can be built around chemical energy rising from the seafloor. That should have changed how we (SETI) think about life, but humans still keep defaulting to our own surface bias. We imagine intelligence as something that crawls onto land, discovers fire, makes tools, builds cities and eventually launches machines into the sky. That is our path but it's not necessarily the only path. An intelligence that evolved in the deep ocean would have faced a completely different set of conditions. It wouldn't begin with fire, because fire is obviously useless underwater. It wouldn't develop metallurgy in the same way that we did, because open flame and smelting are surface technologies. It wouldn't need wheels, roads, walls or conventional buildings as we do. It would evolve inside pressure, darkness, currents, sound, vibration, magnetism, chemistry and geothermal energy. Its entire technological history would be alien to us even if it was native to Earth. So when people dismiss the idea of an ancient underwater civilization by asking where the factories are, where the ruins are, or where the tools are we have to question whether their technology would leave the same signatures ours does. Would they even build like we build? Industrialization may look totally different. A deep ocean intelligence might not construct dead machinery in the way we do. It might grow structures and use biological engineering before mechanical engineering. It might use mineral matrices, pressure systems, acoustic fields, electrochemical processes or living materials. It might not separate biology and technology at all. To us, that would look less like a civilization and more like an environment. A sufficiently old oceanic intelligence may not have cities that resemble human cities. Its infrastructure may be embedded into geology, vents, trenches, caverns, mineral deposits or biological networks. Its power systems may use geothermal gradients, tidal forces, pressure differences, ocean chemistry or field effects we don't yet even understand. Its communications may not use radio in the way we expect. Sound travels really well underwater. Electrical and magnetic sensitivity exists throughout marine life. A technological species born in that world might build an entire science around signals we barely even treat as communication. This would also explain why the UFO subject keeps revolving around water. The ocean appears again and again in the background of the mystery. USOs, transmedium objects, craft entering or leaving the sea, naval encounters, disturbances under the surface, objects tracked over water, and sightings near coastlines and military maritime zones all point toward the same possibility, that maybe water isn't incidental to the phenomenon, maybe it is central. If some UFO are connected to an ocean based intelligence, then what we see in the sky could only be the visible edge of something way bigger. The craft are not arriving from elsewhere in every case. They may be surfacing from their native domain into ours for short periods of time, crossing that boundary between ocean and air the way we cross from land into water with submarines and diving equipment. The only difference is that they appear to do it way better than we do. Human technology is divided by environment, aircraft are built for air, submarines are built for water while rockets are built for space. Each domain creates different engineering problems, so we build separate machines for each one. But UAP don't appear to play by the same rules. That is what makes the transmedium reports so important. If an object can move through water, air and possibly even space without changing its basic behavior, then it might not even be flying or swimming in the conventional sense. It could actually be controlling the interaction between itself and the medium around it. That kind of technology would make sense for a civilization born in the ocean because water is dense. It resists movement, crushes weak structures. It creates drag, turbulence and cavitation. If an intelligence developed vehicles in that environment, it would eventually need to master boundary control, so it would need to reduce friction, manage pressure, avoid destructive wake effects and move through dense fluid without wasting enormous amounts of energy. If that same technology was later used in air, it might appear to us as silent propulsion, impossible acceleration, no sonic boom, no heat plume and no obvious aerodynamic logic. So what looks impossible to us may simply be the result of a technological path that did not begin with wings and rockets. The old black budget explanation doesn't fully solve this problem either. Yes, some triangle craft, drones and experimental platforms may be human and it would be naive to deny that, but human secret technology still has to come from somewhere. If certain platforms show silent hovering, field effects, plasma signatures, extreme acceleration and transmedium behavior, then we are either dealing with a hidden human science far beyond public understanding, or we are dealing with something that we are trying to imitate. That is where the old 'alien reproduction vehicle' idea and the cryptoterrestrial theory start to overlap. Maybe some of what people call black budget technology isn't purely invented, it's most likely adapted from encounters with something already operating here. Going back to what Grusch said earlier, the implications are massive. If there are underwater bases, facilities, habitats or recurring operational zones known to governments, then this isn't just a question of disclosure. There's a sovereignty issue, who controls the oceans? Who has access to the deep sea? Who monitors undersea cables, nuclear submarines, offshore infrastructure, shipping lanes and military testing ranges? If an unknown intelligence can operate in those spaces without permission, then every major navy on Earth has a problem it cannot publicly admit. Scary thought and that may be one reason the subject is buried so deeply (no pun intended). Some people think that secrecy exists because governments don't want to admit aliens are real, but that may only be part of it. The bigger issue here could be that governments don't want to admit they aren't in full control of the planet. There is a huge difference between saying, 'We have evidence of unknown craft,' and saying, 'There may be advanced non human infrastructure in the oceans and we cannot remove it.' That would also explain the change up from UFO to UAP and from extraterrestrial to non human intelligence. Non human is pretty broad lets be honest. It doesn't tell us where they come from, it leaves room for extraterrestrial, interdimensional, post biological, artificial, ultraterrestrial, cryptoterrestrial or native Earth intelligence. That could well be deliberate. Perhaps the people closest to the classified material know the answer isn't as simple as aliens from another planet as Grusch implied in the clip. An ancient oceanic intelligence would also force science to confront its own blind spots. We know intelligent life evolved on Earth at least once because we are here. But we have no law of nature saying it could only happen once, only on land, only recently, or only through primates. Evolution isn't a ladder with humans at the top. It's a branching process with countless experiments, most of which vanished or left traces we don't fully understand. If an intelligent lineage emerged in the ocean and then moved into environments where fossilization, geological preservation and surface archaeology are poor, we probably wouldn't even recognize the evidence even if fragments existed. Ocean crust is constantly recycled through plate tectonics. Seafloor environments are really destructive. Structures can be buried, subducted, corroded, overgrown or mistaken for natural formations. If a civilization was millions or even hundreds of millions of years old, the survival of obvious surface style evidence would be highly unlikely. Even human civilization, after a few million years, would leave less behind than we like to imagine. Plastics, isotopic anomalies, altered sediment layers and some industrial traces might possibly survive, but buildings, machines and cultural artifacts would mostly vanish. So now imagine a civilization that even never built like us in the first place. This doesn't prove anything obviously, but it makes the dismissal less easy. Then there is the question of why such an intelligence would stay hidden. If it is older and more advanced, why not reveal itself? The answer could be as simple as open contact with humans may not benefit it. We are violent, territorial, extractive and unstable. We turn discoveries into weapons as quick as we can. We militarize frontiers, poison ecosystems, test nuclear devices. We drag the deep sea with cables, sonar, submarines, mining ambitions and military hardware. From the perspective of an older oceanic intelligence, humans probably don't look like peers. Instead we look like the dangerous surface species entering an adolescent technological phase that we are. That could explain the strange pattern of UFO interest in nuclear sites, military installations and weapons systems. If an intelligence lives here, our nuclear age is all of a sudden not just our problem. It is a planetary problem. Nuclear weapons, nuclear submarines, nuclear waste, missile systems and military escalation would all be highly relevant to any non human civilization sharing Earth with us. The same would be true of deep sea mining, ocean pollution, climate change, undersea military networks and artificial intelligence. We may think these are all just human issues, but a hidden Earth based intelligence would see them as threats to a shared planetary system. This gives the UAP phenomenon a very different emotional tone. It's not necessarily invasion or salvation. It may be monitoring, containment or quiet intervention when we cross certain lines. It could be an intelligence trying to stay out of sight while still making sure the surface species doesn't burn the house down. The ancient ocean theory also gives a different reading to secrecy. If governments encountered evidence of this, the first instinct wouldn't be public education. It would be containment, map the sites, track the objects and recover materials if possible. Then to build programs around the technology. Keep adversaries away from the data. Use ridicule to suppress leaks. Let the phenomenon remain absurd, because absurdity is an excellent security system. People don't demand answers from something they have been trained to laugh at. That could be why the UFO/UAP subject always feels half visible. There are official hearings, but not the full data. There are whistleblowers, but never the files. There are blurry videos, but not any context. There are pilots, radar operators and military witnesses, but the system keeps absorbing their testimony into classified channels. The public sees fragments while the real pattern remains locked away. As I always say... Disclosure for the few and not the many. If the ocean is actually involved as Grusch and Burchett imply, the missing data may be even more important than the aerial data. We shouldn't only be pressing what pilots saw in the sky. We should be asking what sonar operators heard under the water, what submarines have tracked. We should also be asking what undersea sensors have recorded near restricted zones and whether there are recurring coordinates, depths, magnetic anomalies, thermal signatures or unexplained acoustic events associated with UAP activity. We need to be asking whether naval archives contain the real spine of the phenomenon. The possibility of underwater bases actually changes how we think about disclosure. If the answer is extraterrestrial visitation, disclosure is about humanity's place in the cosmos. If the answer is an ancient Earth based intelligence, disclosure is about humanity's place on its own planet. That is more intimate and more destabilizing to me than E.T. It means the human story is not the only advanced story Earth has produced. It means our myths of ownership, dominance and uniqueness all collapse overnight, suddenly 'we are not alone' applies to home. That might be harder for people to accept than aliens from space. Aliens can leave but a hidden terrestrial intelligence is part of the planet will blow peoples minds. There is also a spiritual and philosophical layer to this. Many ancient cultures contain stories of beings from the sea, underwater kingdoms, gods emerging from water, serpent people, fish like teachers, luminous beings, and hidden realms beneath or beyond the visible world. That doesn't mean the myths are literal history of course, but it is interesting that human cultures repeatedly placed mystery, intelligence and otherworldly contact in the water. The ocean has always been the border between the known and the unknown. Maybe that symbolism came from imagination or perhaps some of it came from encounters filtered through the language of the time. If an older intelligence interacted with early humans, we wouldn't expect ancient people to describe pressure engineered transmedium craft or non human oceanic infrastructure. They would describe gods, spirits, shining beings, dragons, serpents, sky boats, sea people, underworlds and portals. Human language can only describe the unknown through the symbols available at the time. Even now, we struggle. We call them craft, orbs, drones, angels, demons, aliens, ultraterrestrials, interdimensionals. The labels change, but the confusion always stays the same. The ocean theory also sits strangely well with the consciousness aspect of the phenomenon. If an ancient intelligence developed through biology and field sensitivity rather than brute mechanical industry, it may have integrated consciousness into technology way earlier than we could have. We are only now beginning to wonder whether mind, perception and information are more deeply connected to physics than our materialist models allow. An older civilization may have already built that bridge. Its craft, communication systems and interfaces may respond to awareness, intention, emotion or neural patterns in ways that seem impossible to some of us. That would explain why the phenomenon often feels both technological and psychological. It behaves like machinery, but it interacts like intelligence. It appears on sensors, but it also appears in dreams, symbols, synchronicities and personal experiences. Skeptics see that as evidence the whole thing is imaginary. Maybe sometimes it is, but maybe the strangeness is part of the interface. A civilization that understands consciousness as a field related phenomenon would not necessarily separate contact from perception. It might use perception as one of the channels. This is where the theory becomes tricky, because it doesn't allow us to keep the phenomenon safely outside ourselves. If the intelligence is oceanic, ancient, field based and consciousness aware, then contact might not look like radio signals or embassy meetings at all. It could look like sightings, dreams, intuitions, symbolic downloads, altered states, close encounters, military incidents and physical traces all mixed together. That is messy, but perhaps the mess is not a flaw in the data, it could actually be the signature of a phenomenon that crosses categories we invented too recently to trust. All of this having been said, the theory still needs evidence. It needs coordinates, sensor data, sonar records, materials, biological traces, repeatable patterns and testimony that can be checked. However as a framework, it definitely needs more attention than it gets, because it explains why the UAP phenomenon feels close, evasive, ancient and deeply tied to Earth. The extraterrestrial hypothesis asks how they got here, although I have a theory about that. While the ancient ocean hypothesis asks whether they were already here. That is a completely different question. If what Grusch is saying is even partly correct, then disclosure will reveal that human civilization has been sharing this planet with another intelligence all along. Not openly or equally, and not in a way we were ready to understand, but sharing it nonetheless. The oceans would no longer be an empty wilderness. They would become the frontier of the greatest secret in human history. Could that be why the truth has been so hard to release. Because it's one thing to tell humanity there may be life elsewhere, but it's another thing entirely to tell humanity that Earth was never only ours. #UAP #UFO #USO #UAPDisclosure #NonHumanIntelligence #NHI #UnderwaterBases #OceanMystery #Cryptoterrestrial #Transmedium #Disclosure #ufotwitter #uapX

Seedance 2.0 on Sjolt =================== Prompt: Style: 8K. Photorealistic — no 3D render, no game engine. Korean idol variety self-content aesthetic with a glam music-video mood — playful romantic tension, kiss-that-never-happens energy, always tasteful. Lighting: Warm and moody, dimmer than standard broadcast — soft warm key from frame-left, glowing string-light bokeh and a soft neon wash in the background, gentle amber rim light tracing hair and cheekbones, faces always cleanly lit. Color: 60:30:10 — dusty rose and mauve dominant / deep plum shadow secondary / red Pepero box and warm neon accent. Broadcast graphics: Persistent variety-show overlay locked to screen corners across every cut — a round pastel-pink "MELLOW GIRLS" show logo badge pinned top-left, and a title graphic pinned top-right reading exactly "PEPERO GAME", spelled P-E-P-E-R-O with one single P in the middle of the word — NOT "PEPPERO", NOT double P. Overlays never drift, never distort, letters never change between cuts. No subtitles, no lower-thirds. Props: The Pepero stick is MATCHSTICK-THIN — a delicate biscuit stick as thin as a wooden matchstick or a cotton-swab stem, about 2-3mm in diameter and 14cm long, with a whisper-thin chocolate coating, exactly matching the attached real Pepero product reference photo. Scale rule: the stick is always dramatically thinner than a person's lips are tall — a hair-thin line compared to the faces around it. It is NEVER a thick bar, never cigar-thick, never pencil-thick — if in doubt, make it thinner. The red Pepero box is a small light carton the size of a smartphone, held in one hand — it always looks small in a hand. Dialogue: Any spoken words are KOREAN ONLY — short natural Korean exclamations like "대박!", "어떡해!", "미쳤어!". Never any English words spoken. Camera: Physical broadcast cine lens. 180° shutter motion blur. Skin: Pore-level realism — vellus hair, glossy idol makeup, pore-shadow matching set light. Skin tone stays CONSTANT from first frame to last — no blushing, no reddening of cheeks or ears, no color change on any face at any point. Acting: Charged restraint — slow blinks, lidded eyes, gazes that drop from eyes to lips and back, breath held then released, a swallow before a move, suppressed smiles. The tension of almost — never a kiss, never contact between lips. Characters never frozen, always breathing and reacting. Physics: Gravity and inertia respected — the thin stick flexes slightly and snaps cleanly like a real biscuit, correct bite marks, tiny crumbs fall naturally. No floating props. Composition: Rule of thirds + golden ratio. Every person moving from frame one. Continuity: Characters, wardrobe, props, environment identical across every cut. No identity drift. Technical: 24fps smooth motion. 8K detail. No jitter. Audio: Room tone and close breathy foreground in the tense cuts — but from the moment the game starts, the two spectators keep up a constant excited high-pitched squealing off-screen ("꺄아—!", "꺄악!"), bubbling under every cut, rising with every bite, choking into whispers at the climax. Korean chatter, the crisp dry snap of the biscuit stick. No music. No subtitles. Characters: YURI — the group's eldest (unnie). Long platinum-blonde hair with wispy see-through bangs, pale porcelain skin, cool deadpan resting face. Cream cable-knit sweater vest over a white long-sleeve shirt, navy sailor collar with double white stripes, navy tie, pleated denim mini skirt, slouchy white loose socks, black loafers. RENA — younger than YURI. Long jet-black straight hair, sharp elegant features, pearl drop earrings. Black ribbed knit top with a wide pointed knit collar and thin black ribbon tie over a peeking white shirt collar, black pleated micro skirt with a small side buckle, black crew socks, chunky black loafers. HAEIN — long pastel ice-blue hair with a faint lavender sheen, glossy coral lips. Mustard-yellow double-breasted cropped blazer with navy trim, big navy bow ribbon at the collar, mustard sweater underneath, navy pleated skirt, white socks, white sneakers. MEMBER 4 — long black hair with soft face-framing layers, warm bright smile. Sleeveless green-and-white striped ribbed knit top with an orange-striped high neck and a small white triangle badge, light-blue wide-leg jeans, white sneakers. Scene: A moody glam lounge set — a dusty-rose velvet drape backdrop with a soft glowing neon squiggle sign, strings of warm fairy lights hanging out of focus, a tall arrangement of pale roses and pampas grass at frame-left, warm haze in the air. No table — everyone is STANDING. YURI and RENA stand face to face at center frame in profile to camera, barely a forearm's length apart, one matchstick-thin chocolate-dipped Pepero stick bridging their mouths, each end barely gripped between front teeth. HAEIN and MEMBER 4 stand a step behind at frame-right, shoulder to shoulder; HAEIN holds the small red Pepero box in one hand, forgotten. The broadcast overlays sit locked in the top-left and top-right corners throughout. CUT 1 — Wide static, 35mm, eye-level, locked off: The face-off. YURI and RENA stand toe to toe in the warm neon glow, the matchstick-thin stick a delicate line between their profiles. RENA tucks a strand of black hair behind her ear without breaking eye contact. YURI's chin lifts a degree — silent challenge. Behind them HAEIN grips MEMBER 4's arm with her free hand, both leaning in; MEMBER 4 whispers "어떡해…". Off-screen someone breathes "시작…" — the first slow bites begin. CUT 2 — Over-the-shoulder, 50mm, slow push-in over RENA's shoulder onto YURI: Framed past RENA's black hair, YURI takes one slow bite, then another — unhurried, deliberate. Her lidded eyes hold RENA's, then drop for half a second to RENA's lips, then come back up. The stick shortens. Her cool deadpan stays intact but her fingers slowly curl into the hem of her knit vest, betraying her. Shallow focus, warm bokeh blooming behind her. Her breathing is close-mic in the foreground while the spectators' high-pitched squeals bubble continuously off-screen — "꺄아—!" — climbing a note with every bite. CUT 3 — Reverse over-the-shoulder, 50mm, slow push-in over YURI's shoulder onto RENA: Mirror framing past YURI's platinum hair. RENA's answer: she bites in slowly, closing the distance, head tilting to the angle of a kiss. More than half the stick is gone. Her hands stay clasped neatly behind her back — the well-mannered posture of the younger member toward her unnie — which makes the boldness of her bite land twice as hard. One eyebrow lifts a millimeter. Off-screen HAEIN's high strangled "꺄악—!", hands presumably over her mouth, MEMBER 4's giddy stomping heard under it. CUT 4 — Tight profile close-up, 85mm, static, shallow depth of field — the almost-kiss: Both faces in full profile fill the frame — noses, lips, chins all visible for scale. Only TWO OR THREE CENTIMETERS of the matchstick-thin stick remain, and their noses are about to collide — the stick can't get any shorter head-on. Then the move the fans are waiting for: RENA slowly TILTS her head to one side, her nose sliding past YURI's nose instead of bumping it, faces now interlocking at the kiss angle — and the blocked final centimeter opens up. She nibbles in again, millimeter by millimeter, the stub shrinking shorter than seemed possible, until their lips are a single warm breath apart, offset and almost overlapping. Lidded eyes gone slightly cross-eyed at this distance. YURI's answer: her hands rise and take a firm, gentle hold of BOTH of RENA's shoulders — the unnie steadying her challenger, half embrace, half "I'm not losing." She swallows but holds her ground. RENA's breath audibly trembles on the exhale — the composed one cracking first. A long held beat, the tiny stub trembling between two suppressed smiles. Off-screen a whispered "미쳤어…". CUT 5 — Handheld wide, 24mm, whip in from the spectators: At the closest possible moment the tiny stub SNAPS with a crisp dry crack. The spell breaks — YURI lets go of RENA's shoulders and spins away covering her mouth with both hands, shoulders shaking with laughter; RENA turns the other way, presses the back of her hand to her lips, then bursts out laughing — dipping into a small apologetic half-bow toward her unnie between laughs. HAEIN and MEMBER 4 collapse into each other screaming "대박!! 미쳤어!!", the small red box tumbling from HAEIN's hand. Camera shakes with the chaos. Corner overlays stay locked as the room erupts.

Instead of just talking about it, I wanted to go through it and really break it down to figure out the exact reason for the difference in Jalen Duren's play between the regular season and the playoffs. *LONG BREAKDOWN COMING* First, lets list how much the difference was: Iso in RS: 82nd %ile Iso in PS: 21st %ile Post-ups in RS: 88th %ile Post-ups in PS: 59th %ile PPP on drives in RS: 1.18 ppp PPP on drives in PS: 0.80 Layups in RS: 79th %ile Layups in PS: 19th %ile It was a staggering drop off. Shocking to many of us who watched him all season. So, what happened? Well, #1 I think mentally he was letting his struggles get to him and he started to play out of control. Something that suggests this to me is this stat: He started to figure some things out himself in isolation over the last 2 games against the Cavs. He had six isolation possessions in the final two games against the Cavs; he scored on five of those possessions and drew a foul on the other. Game 6 he started to look confident and really made them pay out of isolation. I really think a ton of it was he got hit with a punch early against ORL and really struggled to handle the pressure and struggles after, and just kept stacking and stacking. So, him being in his own head is #1 for me. #2: His handle got exposed quite a bit. In the regular season, he only had a 4.2 TO% in isolation, which is incredible. In the playoffs, though, that spiked to 20 TO%. On drives in the RS, he had a TO% of 4%. In the PS, it jumped to 13.3%. The first clip below shows how the right-to-left cross he loved doing all season was really taken away from him. Too loose of a handle, and he often got his pocket picked trying this exact move over and over. I think having his go-to move taken from him shook him a bit and left him scrambling a bit in his head to find a counter. The second clip shows, imo, him starting to lose trust in his handle. He immediately turns his back to the defender, which is what you do when you're worried about losing the ball. But, even then, he loses control of the handle and it ends up in a turnover. If I'm the Pistons, I'm showing all his turnovers due to his handle and working with him on tightening his handle and also helping him get comfortable with a counter/second move so defenders don't just sit on the right-to-left cross. #3: I think he really struggled to adjust to the playoff whistle. In the regular season, he drew free throws on 21% of his isolations and 31% of his post-ups. In the PS, it dropped to 14% and 11%, respectively. There were many possessions where in the RS he would've got free throws, but did not in the PS and he was frustrated. In the third clip, you'll see how physical he was being played by Mobley (which we all want physicality in the game). But, in the RS, he probably is getting FTA's here. There are many examples of this where it felt like a lot of his value during the RS was being able to draw FTA's on his drives, and in the PS, refs just allowed more physicality, and he struggled to deal with it. #4: Ausar-Duren duo. I believe in this duo, and I do not think this was the main reason Duren struggled. However, I am not blind to the fact that there were obviously some possessions that hurt Duren. In the regular season, Duen actually got less efficient when Ausar wasn't on the floor. However, in the playoffs, Duren went from 51 TS% with Ausar on the floor (302 minutes) to 64 TS% with Ausar off the floor (121 minutes). In the 4th clip, you really see how the lack of spacing caused a tough shot from Duren. He gets a step on WCJ going right, and probably would prefer to then just use his strength to create spearation. However, he sees Suggs sitting in the right gap off of Ausar, which forces him to spin left. Once he spins left, Paolo is completely leaving Tobias open. This is one of the reasons I really think DET needs a spacing 4 because this should be an easy kickout from Duren to a shooter. He still should've made this pass to Tobias, but a legit shooting 4 I think would relocate to the corner and make an easier outlet/easier to see for Duren. But, he still coulda made the pass, tbf. Either way, you see how the lack of spacing from both Ausar and Tobias forced Duren into a really awkward drive where he was forced into an extremely tough shot. I think if the passing returned from Duren, some of these situations wouldn't happen. Hitting Ausar early as he cuts into the space would work, or hitting Tobias (who again shoulda be making himself more available) beyond the arc results in better offense. But, also, having better spacing probably allows Duren to just get to his original move once he beats WCJ off the dribble. and lastly #5: He really just didn't play well. I can't include any more clips (I'll put some in the immediate thread reply to display), but he really just didn't play well. Missed *a lot* of looks we're used to him making. His touch around the rim left him, looked like he really felt rushed in the paint. He was struggling to secure rebounds after dominating the glass all season (during the RS, he averaged 4.3 second chance points a game, in the PS it dropped to 2.3). During RS, he had a 22.0 DREB%, which dropped to 16.0% in the playoffs. So, I think a lot of factors played into why he struggled so much in the playoffs. My takeaway is I don't think these things are unfixable; actually, I think they're very fixable. Experience of dealing with what playoff physicality is I think is going to help moving forward. All young players have to adjust to that--I think Cade really learned that from NY series to this playoff run. Tightening his handle and just having a second move to go to is not something that should be considered impossible. I'd like to believe it's pretty likely with how much he works and the raw skill he already has with his handle. Pistons adding a legit spacer at the four I think solves a lot and will make Duren's life a lot easier. The most concerning part is mental. And we won't know an answer to that until the next playoffs. Did this experience help him on his journey towards becoming mentally strong and prepared enough to move forward? Did this run help him find a routine that helps him lock in mentally, as many players have said they had to discover? Or will the pressure from struggling last postseason get to him this upcoming postseason? Will he let mistakes get into his head, compound them, and start playing rashly? I don't think the second option will be the case, but no one will know until the next postseason. Honestly, I'm more concerned and critical of his defense in the playoffs (which at times was pretty good and at other times was an incredible struggle), but that would require its own thread. My ending thoughts: I still very much believe in Duren. This playoff run showed he has areas he must sharpen up and learn from, but at 22 that shouldn't be a shocker. He is incredibly talented and made a large jump during the RS. The PS posed challenges he didn't quite have answers to yet. But another run of experience, another offseason of training, and another year older should lead him down a good path. I am fully supportive of paying Duren and extending him. I am not at close to 50 million dollars. 35-40 million is where I think they'll settle on, and I'm fine with that. But, he's gotta learn from these playoffs! Every offseason he's gotten better, I don't have a reason to believe Jalen Duren won't learn and improve again this summer. He's only 22.

Alright. I’m honestly relieved that this is finally coming out, so we can finally put an end to the fairytale conspiracies about March 4, courtesy of Joe Flipperhead and the ratchet harem. Since Aidan and his Dollar-Tree-sidekick Chelsea want to drag March 4th into the public arena, let’s do it properly– with facts, not the fairy tale he’s been feeding everyone. The rumors flying around are completely untrue, and I’ve wanted to defend myself for weeks, but Aidan has spent the last month threatening me, telling people that if the truth ever came out he’d “turn me into the next Lindsey,” that everyone would believe him because he has a platform, and even declaring he’d tell his followers to contact my work. Well, here we are. Since he chose to drag this into the public and sic his ratchet brigade on me, I’m finally telling the actual story. That night wasn’t some dramatic “Meredith tried to send me to jail” moment. It was a drunk, disgusting fight between two adults—the kind Aidan has on rotation with every woman he dates. Both of us were very intoxicated, but he was blackout drunk, verbally abusive, and filming me against my will. I told him to stop. He didn’t. I’d found out about him sexting another girl and had bottled up emotions for months, which is what started the argument. I asked him to leave after he said horrible things to me, including calling me fat and useless, that people only like me because I’m “Turtleboy’s girlfriend”. I asked him to leave and he began recording me, pointing a phone in my face while I repeatedly told him to stop. He lost his own key, and because he couldn’t remember anything, he made up a story that I “stole it.” Imagine spreading this fantasy when I have him on video of me asking him to return MY KEYS? I was uncomfortable, overwhelmed, and didn’t want a drunken fight being filmed. He took our feud out into the common area of my building, disturbing other tenants. So yes, I said “you hit me,” specifically because I believed he wouldn’t share the video if I said that. I said it so he would STOP RECORDING ME, and he has a full video that I clearly say, “I’m only saying that so you’ll stop recording me.” I never reported anything to the police, never intended to, never would. He knows this. We discussed this fact many times the next day and several occasions in the last few months. That context has been deliberately cut out to push a fake narrative, but don’t worry, I’ll be posting the full videos that I took of that night. When he’s threatened me with releasing this very video, he admitted it would be edited out and no one would believe me over him. Meanwhile, the victim cosplay he’s doing now? Pathetic. He claims he was “stuck” in my house. Reality: I asked him to leave over and over. This narrative that he was somehow stuck there held hostage is simply not true. Reality: I have video of him refusing to get out of my bed, not “sleeping on the couch.” Reality: I have video of him screaming at me like a lunatic. Reality: He lost his key because he was hammered, then somehow turned that into me “stealing it.” Reality: He was causing a huge scene in my apartment throwing a literal temper tantrum on the floor. With other tenants in the building, I was genuinely concerned someone would call the police. He also lies that I tried to keep him from court the next day. Reality? I gave him my car so he could get to court. I sat in the passenger seat half-dead from a hangover while chauffeuring Captain Accountability to his court date. I sat next to him during court, then eventually throwing up in a bag on the way home. Then he used that same car to drive to his house for his spare key, and back again. I supported him through the entire aftermath, like I did every time. But now he’s trying to pretend he was some endangered baby deer and I was plotting to Lindsay him? Get real. This narrative that I was somehow trying to get him arrested? An absolutely disgusting lie considering the trauma that situation caused him. Not to mention the countless hours I spent during our 1.5 year relationship assisting with his legal defense to keep him OUT of jail. He knows it’s not true. He knows exactly what happened. Do you really think if his narrative were true, he’d stay with me for months to come and not file his own police report? But he also knows he thrives off playing victim, and he knows he has people willing to believe anything he says without question. Over the last month, behind the scenes with recording gate, he’s been telling me and others that if I ever spoke up, he’d ruin me. That he’d twist the story because he has the bigger platform. That he’d make sure people contacted my job. He has leaked private texts, sent people after me, and used Chelsea, a woman he cheated on me with, to push his manufactured victim narrative. But here’s the truth: Aidan is not the victim of March 5th. He was drunk, verbally abusive, refusing to leave, and escalating a situation he then turned around and weaponized. And like every situation he touches, every feud, every fallout, every “enemy,” every messy disaster, he plays the same role: the powerless victim of consequences he created. At some point, people need to recognize the common denominator. I stayed silent because I didn’t want this ugliness public. I didn’t want to embarrass him. I didn’t want to rehash something painful, private, and humiliating for both of us. But since he chose to send CamelToe Joe and his ratchet harem to post private fights, twist reality, and smear me, I’m done being quiet. Aidan is incapable of having a private relationship and ending. And Chelsea…hun. I know your brain cells are limited, but your "insurance" explanation makes no sense. When did he send you this video? Months after it happened? Why would you need insurance at that point? You’re being used like a scratch-off ticket from Cumberland Farms. He feeds you a cropped video and suddenly you’re Nancy Drew with a nicotine patch? Please. You weren’t even in the picture until after he was done cheating with you. These videos paint a wildly different picture of the fake victim narrative CamelToe Joe has been pushing, huh? I’ll be posting more soon, about the recording, about every single lie he has chosen to spread through his minions the last two months. I guess I was crazy to think Aidan would ever be okay with someone walking away and moving on peacefully. Since Aidan wanted the truth out, he's about to get it. PS- Speaking of men being fake scared of women– Funny how some people with very chaotic personal histories suddenly decide they’re the moral authority on my life, enough so to peddle lies on their large platforms. If I had these kinds of pasts, I'd probably sit this one out, and maybe stop throwing stones from your glass basements and (mom’s) houses.

I love that Higgsfield is making its best AI commercial workflows completely open-source. Seedance 2.0 on Higgsfield AI Full open-sourced prompts & assets below. Prompts : Style: 8K IMAX. Photorealistic — no 3D render, no game engine, no game-cutscene aesthetic. Cinematography: Emmanuel Lubezki × Roger Deakins. Lighting: Natural light only — contre-jour backlight, camera on shadow side, atmospheric haze throughout. Key light from sky and windows only. Color: 60:30:10 — dominant / secondary / accent. Camera: Physical cine lens. 180° shutter motion blur. Skin: Pore-level realism — vellus hair, asymmetric moles, capillary flush, pore-shadow matching on-set light. Acting: Hollywood — micro-pauses before reactions, precise eye-line, wet living eyes with catch-lights, visible breath and chest rise. Physics: Gravity and inertia respected — mass has real weight, correct contact shadows. No floating props. Composition: Rule of thirds + golden ratio. Every person moving from frame one. Continuity: Characters, props, environment identical across every cut. No identity drift. Technical: 24fps smooth motion. 8K detail. No jitter. Audio: Environmental SFX only. No music. No subtitles. SUBJECT — >>, character matches input 100%, >> can in right hand. By end fully transformed into >> — armor assembled mid-air in real-time, >> matches input 100%. WB 6500K. MULTISHOT — fast cinematic cutting, escalating energy across the full 15s. LOCATION — >> is a STYLE REFERENCE ONLY, not a fixed keyframe. Use it for the look, mood, architecture and lighting of the environment — a deserted NYC-type avenue in hard midday sun. Seedance should freely generate and extend the world: new buildings, new stretches of avenue, fresh camera angles. The character TRAVELS through space across the shots — he is NOT pinned to the exact spot or framing of the input image. Do not reproduce the reference frame 1:1. ACTION — SHOT 1 (0:00–0:02) — EXTREME CLOSE, chin to forehead. >> raises >> to lips, deep pull. Adam's apple descends then rises twice. Hard cut. SHOT 2 (0:02–0:04) — Same close framing. Can lowers fast. Eyes snap open, sharp and alert (natural skin and iris detail, no glow). Zygomaticus major fires — wide genuine grin builds in under a second, 2mm to 8mm at mouth corners. Sternum rises with a full deep inhale. He is electric. Hard cut. SHOT 3 (0:04–0:06) — WIDE, low. >> EXPLODES forward into a sprint at 30 km/h, continuing in the SAME direction he was already facing — straight ahead down the avenue, NOT turning around. First strides — sneakers slam cracked asphalt, dust puffs eject 10cm. Hard cut. SHOT 4 (0:06–0:08) — Tracking the sprint. Arms drive at 90°, track jacket trails 15cm, grin held, brow raised, jaw relaxed open. Stride extends, ground contacts shorten. Building speed. Hard cut. SHOT 5 (0:08–0:10) — Final two strides, knees compress to 110°. Right foot drives into asphalt — surface fractures 20cm radius. He LAUNCHES upward at 65 km/h. Hard cut. SHOT 6 (0:10–0:13) — Mid-air in the >> building canyon, 24fps FULL SPEED, NO slow-motion. He is NOT frozen — his whole body keeps moving through the jump: torso rotates, legs cycle and tuck, arms swing out and reach, head turns to track the incoming armor. As he flies and twists through the air, armor pieces rip in from the city geometry and converge onto his moving body — chest plate LOCKS mid-rotation, pauldrons CLAMP as his shoulders swing, gauntlets SNAP onto forearms while his arms extend, shin plates clamp onto cycling legs, helmet descends and visor SLAMS shut as his head turns forward — one violent fluid sequence, body in constant motion throughout. Sharp metallic CRACK at visor seal. Hard cut. SHOT 7 (0:13–0:15) — >> SLAMS into >> in a hard crouch, both armored feet hit asphalt simultaneously, dust ring erupts 80cm. He rises, snaps gauntleted fists open and shut — left then right — glances down at the chest plate. Muffled laugh from behind the sealed visor. Hard cut to black. CAMERA — SUPER-DYNAMIC HANDHELD, never static, never locked off. Strong aggressive operator shake on every shot — 4–8cm bounce, organic human jitter, no stabilization. Pronounced DUTCH ANGLE throughout — frame canted 12–20° and shifting between shots, tilting harder as energy builds. SHOT 1: FOV 18° extreme close, hard dutch 15°, violent micro-shake. SHOT 2: FOV 18°, dutch flips to opposite side ~18°, jittery. SHOT 3: FOV 84° low, dutch 12°, whip into the sprint. SHOT 4: FOV 84°, camera physically chasing the run, dutch 16°, heavy stride bounce, motion blur on pans. SHOT 5: FOV 63°, dutch 20°, snap-tilt up tracking the launch. SHOT 6: FOV 63°, AGGRESSIVE HANDHELD CAMERA MOVEMENT — operator arcs and swings around the airborne body, 6–8cm bounce, fast reframes chasing each armor piece as it locks onto his moving form, strong DUTCH ANGLE swinging 18°→8°, no slow-mo. SHOT 7: FOV 63°, hard jolt on landing impact, dutch 14°, camera recoils 8cm then keeps breathing on the suit inspection. STYLE — Dominant: bleached asphalt grey and building canyon 60%. Secondary: navy/cream outfit transitioning to chrome armor 30%. Accent: grin, dust, chrome flash and visor LED blue on landing 10%. WB 6500K. NO glowing eyes — eyes lit by natural sunlight only. CONSTRAINTS — Cut to black at end. 16:9. MULTISHOT with hard cuts per the timecodes above. NO slow-motion anywhere — everything 24fps full speed, especially the transformation. Camera always handheld with strong shake and dutch angle — NEVER static or locked. NO eye glow. >> is a reference for style only — do NOT lock to the input frame or keep him in the same spot; the world extends and he moves through it. Grin must be fully established before the sprint begins.
