What you are about to watch is an interview conducted in 2019 with Lt. Col. Michael Aquino was in charge of the US Army's psyop division, the Phoenix Program, and co-wrote a influential report in 1980 for the Army entitled “From Psyop to Mindwar: The Psychology of Victory” He was also implicated in multiple child molestation cases throughout the country. It is estimated that Aquino allegedly was involved in the sexual abuse of over 200 children.
