The Furious [2026] Directed By: Kenji Tanigaki Xie Miao, also known as Mo Tse, was part of two iconic films with Jet Li. New Legend Of Shaolin and My Father The Hero. Very well received films within the genre. He took a break to focus on his studies after his childhood acting career and did a few films after like the Champions in 2008 but after the late 2K10s he went back at full force and one of the most notable films are the Eye For An Eye franchise. Which in the second film he co-stars with Yang Enyou, who happens to be in this film as well. What makes this film special is the Hong Kong and Japanese connection. So, seeing Kensuke Sonomura choreograph traditional Chinese martial arts his eye opening and away from his comfort zone but still keeping his brawler aesthetic which he is known for which usually he flavors boxing and BJJ. With notable legends in this film like Joe Taslim, Yayan Ruhian and JeeJa Yanin where people might recognize this Thai actress from Chocolate we were sure to get a banger and we sure did. Especially from the amazing output form Brain Le and Joey Iwanaga.

So, I shared this video of iShowSpeed telling a young Zimbabwean lady with natural hair that she is beautiful. I shared it with Dr Solomon Guramatunhu, who is Zimbabwe’s leading eye surgeon and has been a proponent of natural hair for years, educating both men and women about the dangers of using human hair bought from different countries. I do not know who this young woman is, but Dr Guramatunhu asked me to pass on a message. As long as he is still practising as an eye surgeon in Zimbabwe, this young lady will have free access to medical eye-care and consultations at his practice. His practice will also pay for her spectacles if she ever needs them, and will cover all her eye care. This is his way of showing appreciation for her choice to wear natural hair, something that was noticed by iSpeed when he acknowledged her beauty.

The London South Employment Tribunal have allowed the NHS to turn what should have been a straightforward whistleblowing case, lodged by a doctor in 2015 into a circus that is still ongoing in 2025. These antics have cost the taxpayer over a million pounds and prevented serious patient safety issues being dealt with and has also damaged other doctors' legal whistleblowing protection. The way this case has been handled has not been done in private, large numbers of NHS staff and patients have read the papers and attended my hearings At the Royal Society of Medicine, I attempted in 15 minutes to explain my 10 year jungle of a whistleblowing case which you can see clip of on the below video (full talk here). The DeepSeek-R1 paper is a gem! Highly encourage everyone to read it. It's clear that LLM reasoning capabilities can be learned in different ways. RL, if applied correctly and at scale, can lead to some really powerful and interesting scaling and emergent properties. There is more to RL than meets the eye! Here is my breakdown of the paper along with a few tests: The multi-state training might not make sense initially but they provide clues on optimizations that we can continue to tap into. Data quality is still very important for enhancing the usability of the LLM. Unlike other reasoning LLMs, DeepSeek-R1's training recipe and weights are open so we can build on top of it. This opens up exciting research opportunities. About the attached clip: the previous preview model wasn't able to solve this task. DeepSeek-R1 can solve this and many other tasks that o1 can solve. It's a very good model for coding and math.

The first human age-reversal trial is officially happening. But before the FDA cleared it, Harvard professor David Sinclair had to pull off a mice experiment most scientists thought was impossible: "These mice had their optic nerve regenerated. We were able to show that using [the information theory of aging] method we could cure blindness in animal for the first time." Since then, he also discovered you could treat and reverse diseases like Alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis, ALS, kidney disease and liver disease in mice too: “It's not just the eye that can get reversed and cured of diseases. It's seemingly every part of the body.” It's what he calls "a universal reset of the body." He confirmed his method also worked in monkeys. Now humans are next.
