It is time the miscreants who inflict this terror are accountable
This is becoming a trend, the judge who signed his release should be held accountable for his next crime.
These judges MUST start being held accountable.

It’s happening more and more. Violent crimes should have minimum sentences.
I don't think they should send him back to prison.
Imagine if a white man had tortured a disabled black kid the way him and his 3 friends did (I remember when this happened), does anyone think the white man would not have been charged with a Hate Crime and given magnitude of time bigger than 7 years? Progressives disgust me.

You torture a disabled person, especially one with the mind of a child, you get to the front of the line for the chair.

As the father of a wonderful autistic son, I think about this crime often. In the Old Testament the penalty for trying to kidnap someone was the death penalty and I think it still should be. Stay away from high senseless crime cities like Chicago.
US justice system needs a complete overhaul
The judge who allowed him to serve prison for only 7 years needs to be stripped of their authority and made to serve the full sentence that criminal ought to serve. Judges should be held accountable for their criminal actions

Disgusting doesn't cover it. Cooper and his crew livestreamed the torture of a disabled white kid with racial slurs in 2017. Served ~7 years. Released. Immediately back to violence: chasing down a cyclist, assault, robbery, gang chants. How many innocents have to suffer before we stop letting these monsters roam free? Hold judges accountable too when their soft releases turn into new victims.
Bring back execution... for these repeat offenders, and the judges who let them walk. This is absurd to allow this to continually happen. And the are letting it happen on a grand scale.
