She escalated for nothing. He asked for the food, she said no I'm refunding you, then proceeds to ask for a receipt and deny the refund and the food. People lose all rationale once it becomes about their ego.

I don’t believe he traveled that far. Where I am there is a McDonald’s almost on every corner you go. I can’t drive 5 minutes without seeing one, they are literally everywhere. Even besides the point it’s not that serious, he must not get out much that he feels he needs to make his presence known like this.
