This one is so annoying not only because of what she did , steal two hours of service getting a complete pedicure and nail service, she then refused to pay, but it’s her arrogant, fat-assed, entitled attitude . The shop owner was having none of it, so he videoed her walking out the parking lot to her car while his assistant took her license plate and had the police on the phone. The best part is you can hear on the shop owner’s phone the cops turning their sirens on and pulling her over as she was fleeing the scene. You don’t get to see it, but you get to hear it, and I love that. And you hear the tenacity of the shop owner. This man is literally holding up so many cars in the line right now. He was trying to get two extra cups of ice with his order when their ice machine is having problems. The restaurant denied it saying they have to conserve ice and he could get one for free but had to order another drink to get another cup of ice which he refused to do. I think the manager handled it very well, I don’t think he overstepped anything, the customer was being difficult while pretending to be calm yet barking ridiculous demands. When the manager asked to speak to him up front, I think that the customer should have done that instead of holding up their line.
