So after carefully inspecting the car physically and troubleshooting, we came up with some lists and estimates and our client gave us a go ahead to start work, we updated him on how it was going. This was going to be a very huge task but we were very confident and optimistic we could bring it back to life. We started with the affected Mechanical parts.

After coupling the affected parts, we then discovered the impact had affected the engine, there was no other way out than to bring out the engine and overhaul. This is one of the advantages of having a skilled personnel vast in multiple areas of Automobile repairs work on your car, we knew what to do exactly but we had to explain to our client because it wasn’t part of the initial estimate and budget, we had to do a complete engine Overhaul. We explained to him and then we went ahead. We brought out the engine, dismantled it and then coupled it back.

We ignited the engine and the result was a pleasing one. The overhauling was a successful one.

After we were through with the Mechanical works, we proceeded to the panel beating works while we simultaneously worked on the AC repairs. We got good and factory fitted parts and ensured everything was well set. The AC also worked effectively.

We changed the windshield and ensured it laid and fit very well, we kept on carrying our client along with every move and step made on the car. We then proceeded to the body works stage and Oven baking preparations, we started the whole process with genuine materials that would last for as long as possible.

The bodyworks and Ovenbaking preparations went well and we proceeded inside the Oven. Now we had one aim and target, to make the car as perfect as possible such that no one would ever know it had ever been involved in any accident before, we covered all loopholes and didn’t leave any stone unturned.

With genuine materials, we don’t have anything to worry about, we love to use materials that will last for as long as possible on cars, it actually feels good to give your car to someone who doesn’t only take pride in his craft as an Auto-Mechanic, but vast in knowledge in different areas of repair ls like Mechanical and Electrical works, body works and panelbeating, painting and oven baking sessions too amongst other interesting areas of refurbishment. The car came out fine from the Oven this way.

After test driving and getting everything set, we love to deliver cars with full tanks so we had the tank filled, we had done the general interior washing and car was ready to be delivered to Lagos, we also delivered with a fully packed hamper from @dunmadefoods9ja The car left for Lagos from @InsideOsogbo to be delivered.

This is where the story gets interesting, on the way to Lagos, in Ikire shortly before Ibadan, the driver called me and told me the engine suddenly stopped running while in motion. Aaahh!! Hooww??? What happened?? I told him to make a video of the dashboard so I could check if some lights were on or off, everything was intact. I kept on asking questions, I told him to try and get a rewire, he did, that one said KickStarter, I said it’s not possible, kickstarter cannot make the engine go off in motion, I told him to discharge that one and he should get a Mechanic to check it, they checked it and traced it to the engine pulley, the pulley of the engine got damaged in motion, omooo!! My mood, spirit, body and soul was down. I asked if they could get a pulley but they said it had affected the valves of the engine and they had to overhaul the engine, immediately I heard that, I said No, I told the driver to look for a towing vehicle.

I couldn’t stand someone else work on the engine we had worked on so I took the decision to have the car towed back to our workshop @DMautosolutions @InsideOsogbo I told the driver to tell the towing vehicle people to find a way to carefully remove the front bumper, the safest place to tow the car was from the front, I told them not to tow from the back because of the Axle. I was so down here, it was like my world fell apart. I called the owner of the car who already had high hopes and expectations to receive the car and told him what had happened, I explained word for word and didn’t lie, I told him we would fix it. Cost of towing vehicle, affected parts, cost of parts alongside some unexpected expenses really got me cranky and made me so unhappy, but something about us @DMautosolutions We will take responsibilities for anything and everything. This happened just this last Sunday.

Immediately the engine arrived, we removed the engine, dismantled it, we had placed order for the anticipated and needed parts, the valves were truly bent and bad, but to God be the Glory, we had it fixed.

We started the engine and it came up once, everything was set and on point, no cause for alarm. We test drove well this time around and while test driving, we discovered one of the bushings were bad so we replaced the entire lower arm with the bushing. We corrected all other things we noticed and we’re grateful to God we were able to overcome this, we saw it as one of those unexpected tests, challenges and hurdles, it was meant to bring us all down as a team but we overcame, we took the car back to the Oven to wax and polish again and it was set for delivery.

The car arrived back to Lagos state safely this morning. Impossible is Nothing!!! Our client was happy, one of the things that kept us going from the onset was the belief he had in our brand @DMautosolutions He never for once doubted us, very inspiring and motivating.
