Protecting prayer from violence is non-negotiable. The caution light blinks when “funders” blurs. Direct cash for criminal acts? Charge them. But stretch that label to citizens who back advocacy groups where a fringe hanger-on later erupts, and you criminalize the First Amendment. Context matters. This same Department of Justice is scaling back diversity efforts and tried to scrub “racist” from the Medgar Evers site. Mixed signals erode trust, especially during Black History Month when Black churches recall pews shattered by dynamite and splinters still hide in floorboards. Equal protection means equal intensity. A Black sanctuary torched, a Sikh gurdwara vandalized, a synagogue defaced with swastikas—all deserve the same sirens, subpoenas, and courtroom follow-through. Anything less is politics masquerading as principle. Prosecute violence relentlessly, guard speech fiercely. That balance is how liberty and safety share the same roof.

Would be nice to see the strategy and approach of pursuing the Utah middle school kids marching anti Trump and the recirculating k-5 videos anti Trump marching in WA. It’s disgusting, it’s harmful to parents and citizenry, it is controllable by the local school boards and unions, it is part of a huge growing trend of money sources intermixed with hiring practices of mentally ill faculty approved by HR departments. This must be stopped AND shown publicly.
