When the Trump administration announced plans to cut rates for home health care, I teamed up with a Republican colleague of mine to push back. And it worked—the administration reversed course. Together, we protected nearly a billion dollars in home health care funding so our constituents can get the care they need at home. And while standing up for Delawareans’ care, we also proved that bipartisanship can still deliver real results.

Meanwhile capital flows into renewables stall due to policy uncertainty, at a time when clear decision making is critical. Own up Peter. Is this a real plan, or just politics? Because the climate doesn’t have time for it, and nor do our kids.
