Hold on a second here. "The golden age of air travel?". Have you even flown commercial? Long lines, TSA, indifferent treatment from hostile airline staff; $10 toast at airport food outlets. Commercial air travel today exemplifies the airline popular term for passengers. "Walk on baggage". Improving air traffic control is a important safety initiative but it will hardly fix the industry.

Explosions and fires occurred on the vessels, after which the crews were evacuated by rescue services.
