MY CLARIFICATION... to statements made by Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh regarding his warning to me to refrain from making comments on #CockroachJantaParty The meeting and the LG's tweet happened on 26th evening, yet I avoided reacting to the post that evening. But next morning it dawned on me that it was more of a press statement than just a tweet as the absurd statement appeared in several newspapers. So I made this video but again restrained myself from posting... Shayad unki aakhri ho yeh sitam, har sitam yeh soch kar hum seh gaye... But this morning even more media channels carried this... and I kept getting calls from journalists for my comments. So finally here it is... Media house are welcome to use it... no copyright

Third witness, PW3, shielded and known as Mr. CCC is being led in oath Mr. CCC says he is a DSS operative for 27 years. Says he knows Nnamdi Kanu as the leader of IPOB PW3-CCC says he knew MNK since 2015. Transcription Of Examination Proceedings Witness PW3-CCC. PROSECUTION: Can you please tell the court who you are and if you know the defendant? WITNESS: I work with the SSS. I've worked for 27yrs. I know the defendant, He's the leader and founder of IPOB, a terrorist organization. He founded radio Biafra he used to invite violence to the public. My first encounter with him was in 2015, when I was asked to interrogate him after his arrest. I invited him with three other officers for interview, I told him his interview was going to be recorded and he agreed. He agreed to be recorded and also wrote down a statement himself. The interview was conducted on Oct 21st and written interview was on 23rd Oct both in 2015. YNW Melly's witness tampering case is scheduled to go to trial in a few weeks. On Monday (Jan. 5), the Florida rapper appeared in Broward County Court for a motion hearing. During Monday's hearing, both sides filed motions as to what should be admissible in the rapper's witness tampering trial, according to news outlet NBC 6 South Florida. Melly has been behind bars fighting a double-murder case since 2019 and additional witness tampering charges that were tacked on in 2023 after his first trial ended in a mistrial. The witness tampering trial is slated to start on Jan. 21, while the double murder re-trial has been pushed back several times and is now scheduled to take place in 2027. Melly is accused of killing his childhood friends Christopher “YNW Juvy” Thomas and Anthony “YNW Sakchaser” Williams in October of 2018 and making it look like they were victims of a drive-by. In October of 2023, prosecutors charged Melly with witness tampering, claiming Melly disuaded his ex-girlfriend, Mariah Hamilton, and her mother, Felicia Holmes, from testifying in the first trial.
