Jev is incredibly good! If you haven't heard, Jev is a new "System One" model optimized for decision-making. For example, you can give it a set of possible choices, and Jev will classify the input text based on those choices, including a confidence score for each. Best of all: Jev is really fast and cheap, so you can use it in all sorts of applications. The first thing I built with it is a classifier to pick the hotels I want to visit. I use Apify to collect thousands of reviews, then classify them with Jev based on specific criteria I care about. You just couldn't do this reliably, but now you can. Link to the repository:

I spent the day feeding it descriptions of tasks and it spit out workflows across hundreds of apps faster than I could read them. An agent could do this already, in 30 seconds, for a dollar, differently every run. Jev does it in two seconds, for free, the same way every time.

Going to try and actually make this good, will need to scrape a lot of twitter data... Notice how it also categorizes the tweet live... I could have it surface similar tweets on the right side for inspiration... idk just experimenting.

On Steve Jobs and soul and instinct and fear and breaking through: 1. I realized I need to meet people with real talent and then all I gotta do is not get thrown out of the f*cking room. 2. I met with a bunch of tech companies and Steve was the only one that had soul. I told him I wanted to build this headphone company and Steve said: “You can do it.” 3. When I used to run companies I just woke up every day and did everything by my instinct. 4. You don't have to understand something fully to do it. I'm proof of that. I don't understand f*cking anything. But I know how to get things done. I know how to hustle. I'm willing to work harder than the next guy. 5. For a lot of people fear stops them. For the people that succeed, fear propels them forward. You need to learn how to harness fear because fear is energy. 6. Your job is to figure out a way around the gatekeeper. 7. If I see something new and great and unusual, I just can't stop. 8. If you know what you have is going to stick and if you’re passionate about it —then just break through that wall. There’s going to be a lot of resistance. But if it sticks, you win.

These usually require moving rows into application code, invoking a model, parsing its output, and writing the result back. pg-jev is an open-source Postgres extension that exposes Jev through SQL functions. - jev() works inside WHERE - jev_prob() returns a probability - jev_choice() selects a label - jev_score() ranks rows across ordered levels. It needs no vector column or embedding index. Under the hood, pg-jev batches rows, sends them to Jev, and returns typed answers that SQL can filter, sort, group, and combine with exact predicates. The recording below runs it against real Hacker News stories stored in Postgres. It first shows the rows, then asks Jev to find software-engineering stories, classify them by topic, and rank them by technical depth. The final query reports requests, tokens, cost, and cache hits from the database session. When I connect two people, I'm saying "I trust this person enough to put them in front of someone I care about." So that means the quality of my network is directly tied to how people behave inside of it. If someone is rude to me, cusses me out, or uses one of my connections as an opportunity to be disrespectful to someone else, I'm going to block them. soobin about sasaengs (stalkers) 🐰 i thought that i should take about this someday later but it happened during my break this time and even when i went on a trip with my friend to sapporo last time…i don’t know how they find out, they probably buy my flight information…there are people who wait at the airport. this is not a schedule but me during my free time…moas already know how much i like going on international trips…it’s not just me going on a trip by myself, i always go with my friends so you waiting at the airport, taking videos and following us…when i’m alone, i can just ignore it but it’s really uncomfortable for my friends 🐰 the reason i barely came on dms during the break this time is also…i usually share what i’m doing in real time or share selfies in real time on dms but i felt like these people would follow me if i said what i was doing or if i sent a selfie so i couldn’t send any dms…i didn’t send them so i’m sorry to moas who missed me but i didn’t want my real-time information to be leaked so i didn’t send anything 🐰 even the local fans that i met…i told them that i was on a private trip so although it’s okay for them to take pictures and i can sign for them…i asked if they could post it a week later because i thought them uploading it right away would interfere with my trip…i explained this to them and took pictures and signed for them and while i was on the trip, nobody actually uploaded sightings of me and i was really grateful to the local fans for that…but although it wasn’t uploaded anywhere, there were people who came to the airport 🐰 i’m not one bit happy to see you and it’s very uncomfortable so i hope you don’t do things like this again

#SEONGHWA talked about filming challenges with junior idols because he knows that feeling so well and wants to help them in any way he can 😭 ⭐️: these days things are going so well, so I feel good. A lot of people recognize and congratulate me a lot, and... I feel really thankful. I also, in my own way, try to find what I can do and do it. That’s my mindset. So I wondered what I could do, and I just filmed challenges diligently, contacted people here and there and filmed. Even when I felt tired I wanted to help somehow, so I worked hard (like that), I wonder if it helped? If it did even a little, then that’s enough for me. And now, usually… I also had times like that, when I really wanted to film a challenge with a senior I admired. I would do my hair and makeup on my day off, go to the broadcast station and even bring a gift. That one moment would stay as such a good memory for me, and the senior would say a lot of good things to me that it would become a good connection. I thought, “someday, if I can, I want to do that too.” I don’t know if I can help in a big way yet (with popularity), but if it’s something good for those juniors I’ll do everything I can. I know that feeling so well and it's such a precious one, so how could I refuse that?You just have to do it, ofc. And if I’m can remember it I want to do their challenges too, but I’m really slow at learning choreography, even memorizing our own songs takes me a long time. But still, I want to do it sincerely. If I get the chance, I want to practice more and do better, but after doing so many (challenges) I do hit a bit of a limit. So even when resting, I keep watching videos and trying to film better (challenges). Yes. Seniors and juniors both prepare really well, so how could I do it half‑heartedly? Question : Are you really not on social media? Tiwi : Personally I think LinkedIn counts , so if LinkedIn counts I think I officially have one…. I am not on any social media channels, like you name them I’m not except for LinkedIn , I don’t have the app on my personal phone , so if I need to get on Instagram , TikTok , name it like I will have to go on my husband’s phone when he’s home and available and his phone is not in use to find something. And I am not a scroller , like I am literally I am looking for something specific and that’s it!!! Me : Wow this is a discovery 😊
