My agent runs my Facebook ad campaigns 2 ad sets a day. 5 ads per set. It writes them and uploads them into Facebook. Lets them run 2-3 days to get initial signal. Turns off the worst performers, and promotes the winners into a pool where they compete against each other for budget. Then it studies every ad it has ever made so it gets better at making the next one. The hard part is entropy. The agent gets stuck thinking the same way. Two fixes: - Pulling competitor ads from the Facebook ads library. That's new DNA in the system. - Mining YouTube and podcast transcripts for insights, then build ads off those. I'm not technical. I hand Claude Code a transcript and ask it to walk me through the setup Marketers keep asking me if their job is safe. The job doesn't vanish. It evolves into "agent manager."

I am a hardcore direct-response marketer. I believe you show the product, show the demo, make people feel the thing. This ad does something different, and it still works on me. It opens with an old man in a turban (the visual does 70% of the selling). He looks like he has lived a hard life and is still standing strong. He has not said a word yet and you already trust him. That is the whole trick. The elder look earns respect before the pitch even starts, so you stop scrolling and drop your guard. Then the first line lands. In my village, women are still farming on their feet at 80. No joint pain, no pills. He is not selling a supplement. He is selling ancient wisdom. And the moment he says his grandparents never needed pills, the promise stops feeling like a sales claim and starts feeling like proven tradition. Tradition is harder to argue with than a product. That is the real lesson here. He made me feel the trust before he made a single claim. By the time the product shows up, I am already leaning in. If your ad can earn trust and make people feel something before you ask for anything, you have done the hard part. Next time you build a creative, do not open with the product. Build it in 5 parts: 1) Raw material. - Create a folder. - Every day, yap at the camera for 30 seconds. - That is your entire job here. 2) Access. - Point it at the ad account, not at your description of the ad account. - It needs the spend and the performance numbers itself. 3) Action. - Let it cut what's in the folder into variants. - Different hooks, different angles, a different line of copy. - On Google search ads it's just copy, which is the easiest thing in the world for an AI to swap. 4) Judgment. - Every two or three days it looks back at what actually ran. - Not hourly. The data isn't there yet. 5) Reversal. - "Cutting the losers, doubling down on the winners." The catch: budget. Each variant needs enough spend to tell you something, or you're just reading noise. The other limit is the footage: Fully synthetic ads still lose to ads with a person in them. Go record the 30 seconds and let the loop test the rest.
