It's a star, planet, or on coming plane. The swirling motion is due to the heavy vibrations of the diesel truck.

On 24 September 2026 Venus was at or very near its greatest brilliance for that evening apparition (around magnitude –4.8). It was the brightest object in the dusk sky, sitting low in the west-southwest shortly after sunset — exactly the lighting and sky color shown in the video. A light that bright, that stays fixed against the sky for 40+ seconds, and that only turns into a C-shape or hook when the camera is violently shaking and zoomed, is what Venus looks like through an unstable phone. Planets do not dart around; they hold position.

I don’t even think @MickWest would propose Venus for this one, but I’m open to theories.
