I don’t think AI “doesn’t work.” AI that feels fake doesn’t work. This app is getting ~90k downloads/month and doing $35k+/month mostly from viral AI clips. And from my experience, almost every “revenue estimate” tool for apps is wrong when it comes to organic traffic. Usually the real revenue is 1.5x–4x higher. I’ve already started using Arcads to build workflows for AI transformation videos for my weight loss app. The workflow is honestly simple: > Generate avatars with GPT Images 2.0 using JSON prompts > Download viral TikTok transformation videos > Use Kling Motion Control > Recreate the same style with a different influencer People underestimate how far AI UGC has already gone.

I've made a super nice Claude Code system for automatically updating my app documentation. It runs and uses my app using Playwright MCP taking screenshots as it goes, which it then marks up with arrows etc. Then writes all the support documentation. THEN uploads them all to my Crisp helpdesk! This is saving me literally days 🤣 Will do a video on how I set this up if anyone interested

The vagrants are pitching tents and parking their broken down RV drug dens outside of people's homes in residential neighborhoods. Residents sent me video footage of vagrants stealing their packages, and engaging in other criminal activity. When home owners go to report the illegal camping on the "Find it, Fix it" app, the City of Seattle immediately closes out their tickets. This vagrant below has been living in an illegal RV parked in a residential neighborhood. He was later captured on video stealing people’s packages. When he was reported on the app, the city of Seattle didn’t care and closed out the ticket.

While building SEV0, I ran into moments where natural language prompting just wasn't enough - too vague, too indirect. So I started using a method that bridges that gap. I call it Bridged Prompting - a technique where you temporarily step out of the prompt-response loop to manipulate something directly using an AI-generated UI, then step back in. Think of it like GenUI, but more user-driven and transient. AI generates a UI on-the-fly, tailored to your prompt, and lets you manipulate the artifact directly before resuming the conversation. Sure, you could build a full tool, switch tabs, wire it up and round-trip your data. But with Bridged Prompting, the AI just spins up a temporary interface right in the flow. In the video below, I used it to construct the hallway system to closely match the layout of the severed floor. This is something I needed to do for this one project, this one time - I didn't need to make a whole separate app. Bridged Prompting lets you: - Make precise edits visually or structurally - "Hit save" to persist changes to local storage or a backend - Return to your natural language prompt
