It's a neat idea and probably is faster - but it's not 2 seconds.

By the time you lined up the rounds you could have done it manually...

the rounds were already pre-lined up at the clip start and even then they fumbled the load. It would probably be better designed if instead of immediately bottlenecking from where the rounds are, if it instead funneled and eventually narrowed down.

20 second clip plus the time it took to line them up initially. Terrible sell.
