Some collectors say this is altering. I strongly disagree. This is restoration. Nothing is added to the card, it is being repaired. Just like a classic car that has been in a wreck. I think this is super cool on cards that have been out of print for decades. This is preservation.

Incredible work, and very innovative fixing process. I’d love to know your method! I have childhood base set cards that I love just for the sake of collecting, but most of the rares have heavy creases like this card did and I’d love to make them look beautiful again!

To those saying it’s 2 different cards… look at the before and after here. Same swirl, the wear at the bottom of the card is still there, and you can see where the original crease was.
