Expectation of privacy is misunderstood. If you leave the curtains open and someone can see inside from the street, you can't expect privacy. The bank should have realized "oh, we need to close the blinds". Seeing into a yard or house from a public space is not trespass. Bad cop.

By that logic, when she approaches a civilians house or car while her body cam is on, she as a law enforcement officer has illegally entered those properties without a warrant
