I think that baby was at home & this crazy lady abuses her dog, then films herself as though she’s rescuing it! A LOT THESE ANIMAL ABUSED then “rescued” videos are OWNERS DOING IT FOR MONEY! So sick & sad! Those poor animals! No way in HELL that was the 1st time THAT dog saw THAT lady!! 😠
