The LIV Golf League has made major changes to the format of the Team Championship, including a preliminary round to be played on Wednesday between teams ranked 12 and 13 in the season long standings. For the first time in the history of automation, the people most likely to be replaced are the ones building their own replacement, frame by frame, for a few dollars an hour. Across India, Nigeria, China, and Argentina, workers are strapping cameras to their heads and recording every fold of laundry, every stitch, every washed dish, and that footage is training the robots designed to do those exact jobs. This is documented, not rumor. No jokes! Garment workers in Tamil Nadu, India have been filmed wearing head-mounted cameras on the factory floor, sending point-of-view footage to data firms whose clients include Fortune 500 companies. One US company alone has hired thousands of workers across more than 50 countries to record themselves cooking, cleaning, and folding clothes. More than 6 billion dollars poured into humanoid robots last year, and the one ingredient every maker is starved for is precisely this: real human hands doing real human work. The endpoint is stated plainly by the buyers. In China, one supplier said his pitch to factories is to let workers wear the cameras now, because trained robots will eventually work there instead. The quiet part is the exchange itself. The worker is paid for the hour and keeps nothing after it. No share, no royalty, no ownership of the movements their own body is teaching the machine. The skill leaves their hands and becomes someone else's product, and almost no one along the chain sees the full shape of the trade, not always the person filming, not the millions who watch the clip and scroll on. One scene holds all of it. A humanoid robot spent an hour folding three shirts while a human housekeeper, hired to guide it, quietly finished the rest of the chores. Every automation before this arrived from the outside. A machine showed up and took the job. This one is being built from the inside, by the workers themselves, handing over the last thing they had left to sell. UBI ? or something totally else should pave the way in the future? Thoughts?

Ever heard the expression “shit rolls downhill”? Well we hit the bottom of the hill this week. Jobs were stacked way too tight on the schedule. Our operators were running 7 days a week, not finishing a job, and moving on to the next one with plans to return. Their hours were getting out of control too. Hitting 75 hours per week each. A surefire way to reach burnout. They’d be rushed to get to the next job, set a task to return to the last one, and move all the equipment over to the new one. This meant cash flow came to a screeching halt while expenses shot to the moon. Returning to a job to finish means a minimum of $500 in costs just to bring the equipment there and back. An unnecessary expense had we just took the time to finish properly in the first place. I’ve been nose deep in marketing and sales while this was happening and trusted that the production process was working. It wasn’t. They finally reached out and asked for help... at 8pm. We had 4 jobs set to start the next day and one of the trailers broke an axle. Rescheduling over 50 jobs is no easy task, and one they were all avoiding that created the problem in the first place. It’s difficult to tuck your tail between your legs and let a customer know their job needs to be pushed back up to 30 days. So I set into triage mode. Called each customer personally that was set to start the next day and let them know what was going on and what we needed to do. I then laid out every job on the schedule and set about not only fixing the current problem, but making sure it didn’t happen in the future. I wiped the jobs off the rest of the week so the team could go finish the jobs we left open ended and finish them properly. I then cleared every job off Fridays and weekends. This prevents burnout, overtime, and gives us 3 days a week to absorb rainouts, equipment issues, and job delays. This pushed the schedule 2 months further out, so I had to do the part everyone dreaded. Alerting the customers of their new start date. I reached out individually to each one to let them know. Fortunately, our customers are incredible and were very understanding. Nobody cancelled their job. Our operators have room to breathe, our quality can stay top notch, our cash flow returns, and the bandaid is ripped off. Now let’s get to work damnit!

From the Book of Enoch: "2 And in the days of the sinners the years shall be shortened and their seed shall be tardy on their lands and fields. 3 And all things on the earth shall alter and shall not appear in their time: The rain shall be kept back and the heaven shall withhold it. 4 And in those times the fruits of the earth shall be backward and shall not grow in their time, and the fruits of the trees shall be withheld in their time. 5 And the moon shall alter her order and not appear at her time. 6 And in those days the sun shall be seen and he shall journey in the evening on the extremity of the great chariot in the west and shall shine more brightly than accords with the order of light. 7 And many chiefs of the stars shall transgress the order and these shall alter their orbits and tasks and not appear at the seasons prescribed to them. 8 And the whole order of the stars shall be concealed from the sinners and the thoughts of those on the earth shall err concerning them. And they shall be altered from all their ways. Yea, they shall err and take them to be gods." This is it, the truth, the Geophysical This is it—the truth: the Geophysical Event and climate change connected to axial and apsidal precession! The stars no longer appear in the same places because Earth's orientation relative to the Sun gradually changes over time, creating slow shifts that eventually build toward a tipping point. The North Star changes, the duration of day and night slowly shifts, and monsoons, ocean currents, and climate patterns change over long periods. Everything gradually changes until a tipping point is reached!

this is more useful than my entire degree Elon Musk's rocket company signed a $60,000,000,000 deal for Cursor in June, and eight days ago the two of them put a worker on sale for $200 a month: it gets its own computer in the cloud, signs into your accounts, clicks through your real apps, and hands back finished work instead of a draft for you to paste i ran one against my receipts folder on sunday and got back 14 filed, 2 it held because they needed a card number, and a saved method i never wrote myself Grok Bot is the one you train by doing your own job in front of it, and the whole handover fits in four messages tonight: 1. write out one job you did today the way you would brief a new hire: what has to be finished, which sites and files to work from, what to hand back, and where it stops and asks you 2. let it run once on something safe to get wrong, then correct the result until it is worth your name 3. say "save what we just did as a skill", and add the one rule about what always needs your approval 4. say "run that skill every weekday at 8 and post the result here. if the source is missing, tell me instead of using yesterday's numbers" xAI wrote that order into its own manual: one real job, then the saved method, then the clock. a schedule sitting on top of a method nobody checked replaces two hours of your clicking with two hours of your mistake turns out you never get to pick the brain, and that is the part i would argue about: the manual says there is no model picker for members or admins, no plan to add one, and the bill follows whichever model answered bookmark this, then open the piece below: which jobs deserve a worker of their own, and which ones quietly burn the seat ↓
