@TrafficRTMC I don't think that's a bribe, I mean the cop found nothing on the man or his bike.

@TrafficRTMC According to what i can see, the driver of the bike voluntarily gave him a tip. He was not convicted of any crime that could have made him bribe the officer. He asked for the drink and he gave it that 😄

@TrafficRTMC This is tricky. Cop should not have accepted the money. Man should not have paid. My big issue is: why is it easier to bribe than to pay a fine? - Lower fines - Make it easier to pay When you pay a bribe, you're acknowledging fault... it just doesn't go to the institution.
