The Nissan guy is a very smart driver, when entering any intersection or roundabout, it doesn’t matter weather you’re on the right or wrong but just make sure you proceed with caution and you’ll get home safe.

Small car (Vitz/Starlet?) at fault. When at a T junction and the view of oncoming vehicles from any direction is blocked by another car (in this case matatu obscured vehicles coming from the left side) the small car should have stopped until the way was clear to proceed.

Dont confuse right of way with the right to die. Protect yourself and others on the road whether they are right or wrong.

One simple junction rule that people ignore is, give way, priority to vehicles approaching from your right.

They had the right of way but notice how the matatu driver assessed the TATA, hesitates then stops. A whole 2 seconds before bonzo decides to zap through! Si una haraka? Haya kaa hapo! Common sense is not common!
