Microphone and camera access is on 24/7, even sometimes when the phone is off and without internet access, that’s why we can’t take out batteries anymore. Plus how do you think “Hey Google” , “Hey Siri” and Face ID work? They are always listening

I was trying to explain to my coworker that, I used to watch one man on Yoruba that play a lot of slot machines but I don’t remember his name, but to my surprise it’s been 1 yr since I watch this man and his video never popped up on my feed for over 10month, all of a sudden his video popped up 5-10mins after discussing it with my coworker.

I thought everyone knew this? It's normal. Google, Facebook, Shopping apps. Consumer based optimization is what the world runs on.

YouTube often does this too: the moment you’re about to search for something specific that interests you. It starts once you allow these algorithmic apps to access your media files on your device. With regular use, they appear to sync with your subconscious and can predict your thoughts with eerie accuracy. It doesn’t feel like coincidence.

Simple, you have your app tracking on, probably connected on same network, it’s just algorithm doing its thing across your devices …. Tho you’re being watched

Welcome to reality. This is the end goal data mining. Most companies are a front for data sales. They know your every move, every action, every every conversation. If you doubt, when next youre traveling to a Country outside Africa, Send your friend a Snapchat message of having a bomb with you with intent to cause terror. Thats when you'll understand that privacy is a transparent veil.

No, it’s even creepier watching a TikTok about a conspiracy and then finding a book in a public library in a tiny ass fucking town that has barely 1000 people in it with an image from the video in the book several times, the image of is of a headless man with a face on his chest

When you allow the phone to have access to your microphone and camera it allows them to listen in on conversations and watch you whenever you allow them to (all or the time or when you use the app)!

Wait, it's funny that you guys don't know this, haven't you been on Google or other social apps or even online shopping apps looking for something and the minute you go on tiktok or other social media, you see exactly what you've been searching for? It's an old news.

Last night I was asking chatgpt about fast cars and discussing it with a friend. Logged in to twitter and guess what I found first? A video where panelist were discussing BMW fast cars. I have never looked up fast cars on twitter before. They keep listening for advertisement

It's called the Era of Algorithm. Basically every interaction you have on social media is being tailored to your interest. The Algorithm makes sure you only interact with content you are interested in. Why is this happening now?? You may ask. Look around you. New world order.

Turn off your app mic 🎙️. Do not grant them access to use your phone mic.

It’s just for marketing sha Ngl I thought it was serious at some point too but it’s just for ads and marketing it’s the data you choose to share and the apps you give permissions to that’s being used for related marketing Unless you’re important nobody is using Pegasus on you

Read the Ts & Cs of the apps in your phone. You literally give away your data and permissions for them to know what else is happening outside of the apps themselves. So yes TikTok def knows what movie you are watching etc. what websites you viewed, photos u took etc.

You give your apps access your microphones. You apps run in the background. You even give your apps access to your geo location. It’s not ur phone it’s apps

Nonsense! It’s possible that he searched about the movie before he started watching and went back to TikTok. TikTok algorithm works with what you searched and liked on the cup

This is nothing new bro. I’ve noticed this 2015 in school. The best example are news websites, talk about a certain product and how much you need for just 1 minute. The will advertise this to you.

Next time you think of something you wanna buy on the internet. Don't search don't talk about just think about it. Then within a few days you'll see an ad for that exact thing. Something you've never bought or talked about before yet there will be an ad.
