This is a double whistle by the Lead and Center. They consult and it appears the initial traveling violation is dismissed and a held ball is called. What’s the issue??

The issue is some official working an NCAA game actually called that a travel.

The Lead has a PCA just as the Center has a PCA. They meet at midline in the lane. The Lead cannot see what the Center sees. Each calls what they see. On a double whistle the Center informs they saw a held ball before the landing - ergo the travel seen by the Lead is overruled.

Announcer, “Hope in the bonus. They have one foul to give, but if they give it, that will put the Titans in the bonus.” So basically, they “do not” have one foul to give.😂 Division 3 announcing at its finest?
