in had a similar experience with Absa nakulabye , i kept there till their maintenance guys came !!! there is no way i was sleeping in the bed without my 3m or a receipt 🤣🤣🤣🤣

At a certain point they chopped my 30k that bank charges. Me I left their account for them, they will close their account when they want. And I will never bank with @CentenaryBank again.

One Agent banker experienced the same @Nkurumah branch, they denied the 2m claiming they only found 600k ...till she went to court then they accepted to refund 2m

It’s true they are thieves. They deducted my money 150k that it’s for ledger fees😳 when I challenged the manager of The bank they immediately refunded it.

Me too was sent by my boss to withdrawal 4m but after withdrawing 2m the machine blacked out I tried using other machines but the money was not longer their on the account I tried explaining to my boss naye nga tabiwulira kuba it was his business money I lost my job just like ht

If a person raises such a compalaint why not open and count those monies in their presence before switching that damn machine back on to operate?

I had an experience with this few years back

If you deposited UGX 9,050,000 but your account was credited with only UGX 6,700,000, then there is a difference of UGX 2,350,000. That is a significant discrepancy, and you should insist on a formal investigation. Specifically, ask Centenary Bank to: Review the ATM's electronic transaction logs. Reconcile the cash in the ATM for the day of your deposit to determine whether there was an excess of UGX 2,350,000. Review the CCTV footage showing you making the deposit. Provide you with a written outcome of their investigation.

I believe at times before opening various types of accounts, we don’t read well contracts, same thing when acquiring loans, we don’t read well policies, however errors at times happen. Personally, centenary bank has done extraordinary good to Ugandans.
