According to the Heartland Institute’s Justin Haskins, 1-in-5 people *admitted* to committing voter fraud in the 2020 election, many not even realizing they were committing fraud. 21% of respondents said they filled out a ballot on behalf of someone else. 17% admitted they voted in a state where they were no longer a permanent resident. 10% said they knew someone who filled out a ballot in a state that was not their permanent residence. 8% said they were paid or offered a reward for filling out a ballot in the 2020 election. “The results of these survey questions appear to show that voter fraud was widespread in the 2020 election, especially among those who cast mail-in ballots,” the poll determined.
